no, it won't trigger. You need to find a black wire under the passenger seat. I couldn't find it

hi - cant you take 12v_+ from front of car? or from head unit somewhere?

i couldn't find any rear signal +12v from the multimedia/front part of the car , it should be somewhere under the seat,but could find it, therefore, I added mine
