If you are out there thinking about content creation or business just do it. Stop brainstorming stop wondering and stop doubting yourself just do it. Positive thinking is necessary, Optimism is necessary but doing the work is Mandatory. Good luck everyone 👍

@@katielowen Don't know what that's called, but there are many things we subconsciously or compulsively keep looking for without realizing, and feel the Lack because of the unrealistic expectations that built up under the radar. I found mine when Gary explained it the way he did it, and got clarity about what I can do about it, so many things already changed in these two days by having that little clarity. I feel thankful

@gary, totally agree with the "who are you trying to impress". We are wired to belong, so most of us are trying to belong at the expense of our truth/authenticity. At the core of my client coaching work is to unhook people from their dysfunctional need to impress or belong. Thank you for the work you put out 🙏🏽

The phrase "Nice guys finish last" is often attributed to Leo Durocher, a famous baseball manager in the mid-20th century. Durocher reportedly said this in 1946 when he was managing the Brooklyn Dodgers. The context was a conversation about the New York Giants and their manager Mel Ott, who was known for being a particularly nice guy. Durocher's actual quote was a bit more nuanced: "The nice guys are all over there, in seventh place," referring to the Giants. Over time, this got shortened and simplified to "Nice guys finish last," and has since become a common saying, used to suggest that polite, considerate people often don't succeed in competitive environments.

I try and educate the young when they say "ya but you're rich"
The Big Question First I always ask them "Define Rich"?
You have parents that love you?... "yes"
You have brothers or sisters that love you?..."Yes"
You have friends that call you to play?...."Yes
Your parents give you a place to live and eat? ..."Yes"
    then friend... YOU ARE RICH!
wealth is a different story, but rich, we all can be rich

The concept of 8th place trophies, as part of the broader idea of participation trophies, doesn't have a specific inventor or origin. Participation trophies became popular as a way to encourage young athletes and participants in various activities, focusing on inclusion, effort, and experience rather than solely on winning. This trend gained momentum particularly in the late 20th century, aligning with shifts in educational and psychological approaches that emphasized self-esteem and effort in child development. However, there isn't a single person or moment in history that can be pinpointed as the origin of the 8th place trophy specifically. It's more of a cultural development than an invention by a specific individual.
