You're my role model sir! I have to tell you that sometimes I dream of seeing you but I cannot figure out what question should I ask from you as you've explained everything that a creator might need to know! So I guess I'll just take a moment and just take my hat off or salute you, in case I had no hat on 😅

It is so hard, especially at the beginning. Make a list and pick the one that sounds the most fun. It has a high chance of failing, but you will learn a lot. The worst thing is to get stuck in the Inaction Zone. Pick one, then figure out the very first thing you think you need to learn to make it happen. Good luck on your journey!

I sort of get what Gary's saying about the 20/80 but would resptfully debate that. If you don’t come from a stable background then your priority shojld absolutely be building financial stability until you never need to rely on anyone or anything else again. Why? Because we are never taught as kids how thin the line is between so called comfort and crisis. If you are working a 9-5, even a fairly well paid one, with just a few "bad luck events" in your life you could be facing disaster. This happened to me, whilst working as a teacher. And trust me, when you're in that situation it doesnt matter how much time freedom you have to pursue your passions if you're in survival mode. My advice to anyone these days - focus at least 50% (90% if you want quicker results) on the thing that's going to give you security (which doesn't destroy you physically or emotionally), with some time for passion ventures too. Maybe 80/20 is the right ratio for you maybe 70/30. If the passion part oxygenates you more then maybe 60/40. If having security and watching your wealth grow oxygenates you then 90/10, or 100. Experiment if need be. Study entrepreneurship, financial management and everything that speaks to you.

I was the shy quiet girl for 30 years of my life and then I decided to start stepping out of my comfort zone and talking to more people and posting content. It helped me grow in ways that I couldn’t comprehend before. However to continue growing I must keep pushing myself to step out of my comfort zone. The good news is my brain started to think of it in an exciting way and not something I dread…

Yeah I've launched and failed at over 100 business ideas so I get that but I never gave up. Now I'm 10 months into a passion that I love custom cars and wow what a difference.
In 10 months going from zero we built a brand to 75,000 followers and over 26 million vuews between FB, YT, IG & TikTok.
I listened to you about Facebook and really pushed that and fb reeks are exploding.
I also listened to you on videis a day. I've uploaded 3000 videos in 10 months.

I guess, you can start with the 80%-20% distribution between what pays and what you love - and then gradually redistribute, as your ability to monetize content grows.

I started my TH-cam channel a few months ago finally! I'm not sure what direction I want to take it so I don't post too often.

I’m a solo esthetician who takes clients 4-8pm & I’ve been doing Social Media Management for other businesses 10-2 pm. I really enjoy both, but currently only have beauty pages on all platforms.
Should I make separate pages for SMM & Beauty or do you think I can convert the pages I have to posting lashes, brows, & smm as my 3 content pillars ?

3 content pillars. Niche down to SMM for beauty industry with passion / expertise in lashes and brows.

I not really afraid of failing, I’m just afraid of what people may think of me. I don’t know why, because I see people I know and went to school with on my IG timeline making stupid content and even joining only fans and they don’t give a f*ck about what others think. Yet, I want to be a motivational speaker and I’m scared to record a video. Sigh. I know I need to snap out of it, it’s just a phase.

Gary, the camera team needs to step up. If these guys are working together they should keep each other out of the frame and colour match the cameras. Maximize production value to make the content stand out better. But hey WTF do I know?

I’m not scared. I have a ton of content. I’m ready to start making face & non face videos. I need structure. I need a course. Everyone says, it’s all free online, just do it. Worst advice ever! I don’t even know what camera to get, lighting. Every course I come across people say is a scam. I am very lost. Any help is much appreciated.

Starting for me is not the problem. Im super afraid of saying the wrong thing and having people cancel me and get me potentially fired. I feel like people are so sensitive today that i may say the wrong thing without knowing. Im from Canada its even worse for censorship...

Agree people on social media are so annoying now. Everybody is triggered and wants to cancel people for offending them.

Start with reading the description of video, where it gives you a description of what and who are in the video. Which oddly enough, answers your questions!
I'm very sarcastic, but please don't take it negatively, it's all in jest.
But I also want to push you to think about how you could find out those answers. Practice thinking how to find out things. I hope this made sense and helps, best wishes going forward.

People have to understand, if you're not an attention seeking person, or at least don't thrive off being the center of attention, content creation/marketing is not your thing.
Is it all based around drama and emotion. Female traits. If you are a woman, or feminized, you can succeed.
The Age of Information is over. We are now in the feminized Age of Attention and Desire.
    Good luck.
