Thank you thank you, I was just thinking the other day if there were any cracker recipes that didn't have oil and wheat in the recipe so you don't know how happy I was to find this. This is one happy woman in Alabama US!!!!
We are from Hyderabad India. Very nice vedios. We will prepare these snacks and tell our experience. We have papads made out of moong dal and thur dal. Thanks a lot. Parvathi and B S Raju

Wow. It's amazing. Can we make in a make shift oven on gas stove? In how much time will it get baked? And instead of masoor dal, can any other dal be used? If yes, which all?
Hello...looks great. Could someone tell me how much lentil flour the 1 cup of dried lentils makes? How much flour do we use if the flour is already ground? Thanks!
i needed this recipe. Like others: no oil or wheat!! Yes!! Thanks so much. I went to your website, TONS, of great recipes!! I subscribed. I may have overlooked. Do you have the recipes typed out so we can follow to make? you are appreciated from Spotsylvania, Virginia, USA!!

@MyLockDownRasoi Help plse. First batch way too sloppy, had to add flour, 2nd batch used 1/2 cup boiling water, no butter and to 1:02 tally different to first batch. followed recipe exactly first time, any help appreciated.
Excellent! Can I use besan straight away and follow the rest of the recipe as is like adding hot water etc? Do I need to roast the besan on the stove before adding water?
Tasmania Australia 🌏 I think if making this many I would try rolling with a large piece of baking paper and a rolling dowel. My grandsons would eat this in a week if taking to school.
As usual dost you came up with A1 recipe. One question though any specific reason why you washed the daal then dried? Could we not just grind it straight to make flour? Gas is expensive in UK. Thank you
@@ilapandya3255 as I know, when you wash the lentil, you’ll see some fine dirt washes away. If the lentil in your country is well clean, then you can use it straight away. And I believe you can make the same recipe using chickpea flour, which you can find easily in any Indian store in the UK.
Wash the lentil splices ... in addition to the dirt that may exist.... Dry well with a good kitchen towel before, it will dry very quickly and will not spend so much gas...
Hiee @ilapandya, First of all thanks for watching my video 😊 and sorry for late reply, By thoroughly washing the lentils to remove dust, dirt, pesticides, and other impurities that may have accumulated during farming. Washing the lentils ensures it is clean and safe to use, making it healthier to consume, and then drying them, you ensure a fine, smooth flour when grinding. This fine flour is essential for making crackers, as it helps create a smooth dough with good binding, without the need for additional ingredients, especially since it’s gluten-free. A finer flour also ensures that the crackers don’t crack or break excessively during baking. To save gas, you can dry the washed lentils in the sun or under a fan instead of using heat.😊

So happy to have found this recipe. These sound just like what I've been looking for. I'm vegan so will be eliminating the butter. Should I be replacing that with something else, and will my dough look like yours without it?

@@SP-ce9eb hi, Don't use hot water for besan. Roasting is a good idea coz it will give good flavor. And i think besan will be very delicate to handle.
