How tf do you get the stealth on the ashina elite? It just doesn’t work, maybe because I’m three years In the future

I did a stealth on him and just recently completed the game its easy actually you run from inside the castle hit him one time and run back towards the staircase of the castle and wait till the suspicious pointer is gone he will walk back towards his orignal place and there you can stab away his first health
