I can't be the only one that has found every single prayer bead in the game and killed every single miniboss yet somehow I'm still missing a single bead?
You can still get this on your second playthrough but the problem is there's no way to tell which one you're missing so you'll probably have to start going through the ones that you know for sure that might be it

FINALLY I FOUND THE ONE I WAS MISSING. #25. I had told myself I'd killed ALL the minibosses and was checking all the non miniboss ones, but as soon as i watched all the minibosses i remembered dashing through the gun fort part, running by that guy because i couldnt kill him while also being barraged with bullets from afar. BLESS THIS GUIDE
Lifesaver. I'm nearing the end-game (past the divine dragon) and I had ONE bead left. I was going crazy until I realized I didnt explore every nook of that damn gun fort shrine!! Haha

Before that long final corridor go left, and somewhere over there there should be a Secret wall that you pass through to a storage room. There should be a chest with the bead

you played this game entirely diffrent from me lol my first boss was mama butterfree at Hirata ,i fought spear hunter ,purple ninja at 3 story tower etc etc your literally doing my first area last so Fromsoft of them
34:08 for this fight i found that the easiest way to play it (and i think FS intended it) is to pupeteer that sword samurai and attack the spear one until you empty his first HP bar, then pupeteer the guy shown on 34:23 "resting" by the wall and the 2nd HP bar will empty very fast too ;)
That one at the gun fort was the last one I couldn't find, missed those tunnels repeatedly on my own somehow was going crazy wondering where it could be until I watched this lol
I never killed the first seven spears guy on my first play through, I only killed the second one. But when I killed the first one on my second play through he didn’t drop a prayer bead like I already killed him or something.
17, 19, and 22 along with the Ashina Elite in place of the three nightjar ninjas should hopefully give me that small boost ro beat Isshin. Everytime I was focused, I’ve been on the final phase.

I never killed the first seven spears guy on my first play through, I only killed the second one. But when I killed the first one on my second play through he didn’t drop a prayer bead like I already killed him or something.
I think this is the same problem I’m having with the mini boss at the serpent shrine

He never even spawned for me

17, 19, and 22 along with the Ashina Elite in place of the three nightjar ninjas should hopefully give me that small boost ro beat Isshin. Everytime I was focused, I’ve been on the final phase.
