Am I the only one who is disappointed by the release? No smaller size option, inferior bezel, no date, same power reserve, no quick adjustment bracelet... but more expensive? sure the ghost version looks cool, but is that enough? I doubt it.
No you are not the only one. Even taking the 42mm case.....Without a date still the near 14mm thickness, the price isn't the only thing that's bloated here. And I love Omega, Own a speed master. But MAN, this felt so close as I've been looking for this as a no date diver. Sure Nekton, but that falls a bit flat for me. + Thanks to this channel for showing the metal shots first. At least first I came across. Cheers
No quick adjust? It's a fully adjustable strap why would there be a quick release. Leather straps don't have one so why would this? To me this is all alternative not a reinvention. Gives you a cheaper NTTD and 60th ann. Positives! Wish it were slimmer though.
I agree, very comfortable watch bracelet. Only improvement to be made is probably to make the long deployment clasp a little less flat, a slight overall curve would make it sit flatter on the wrist, but its kinda only noticeable if you visually point it out, otherwise it feels fine👍😊
Know Your Seamaster anniversaries, so the Bronze/Gold version with burgundy bezel Omega Seamaster must be medio to late 2025 as celebration of " 30 years Omega Seamaster in James Bond movies " GoldenEye 1995 !
The brushed gray dial is exactly the same one used on the BP titanium bathyscaphe. It’s an absolutely fantastic dial. (I owned it - wore it often.) Hopefully I live long enough to see Omega put this dial on a classic Seamaster 300 master coaxial.
Steel dial all the way, just needs a black rubber strap for contrast. Perfect companion to my 2015 300 master coaxial on the black-grey nato and the Schumacher mk40 speedmaster on leather with white stiches.
Definitely the most interesting & informative channel in TH-cam,and I am your fan! I’ve been watching MAMACOO and buying them recently to complement my watch collection. Good video
Got the Blue Ceramic Bezel, want this to be my next watch but changing the Bracelet to a Black Rubber strap. So I have Three of them and an Omega blue/grey Sailing Bracelet that matches the colour of both Diver 300M's..
Now we just need to get Tudor to make the Pelagos in grade 5 titanium instead of the inferior grade 2 and the majority of their watch lines have ceramic bezels instead of aluminum. I know the Pelagos has ceramic but the material of the case and bracelet is a miss as grade 2 scratches way too easy. My Apple Watch Ultra 2 that I’ve had for a year doesn’t have a single ding or scratch on it and it goes to the gym 6 days a week with me and has made contact with damn near everything in there…
Needs to cost $4k here in Australia... It's only a few thousand cheaper than a Sub at almost $11k. And yeah, there's a reason why you can walk in and buy this and not the Sub - value for money.
Omega employees don't work. They don't deserve much of a salary. It's no different from previously released nttd or 60th anniversary products. Still thick, disappointing 55 hours of power reserves and aluminum bezels seem to give up the competition with Rolex. If I had to buy one watch from Omega, I'd buy a Moonwatch and leave the store without hesitation.
Rolex submariner is always available. Even grey market is only slightly over retail. Besides most of the Omega releases this year have gotten good responses. FIOS, white speedy, Paris ck859, black aqua Terra so I'm not sure what you're referring to as disappointing?
40mm would be tiny. I have a 40mm Railmaster and it’s tiny. Great as it’s a field watch at heart, but the same case size in the SMP300 would be silly. Dive watches should be a little bigger. I also own a 44.25mm SMP chronograph which is great. Big and bold.
Beauty. Reminds me of the rhodium yacht master
Same here, definitely gives that vibe.
@@OracleTimeTVyeah, it does have that look, interesting change, looks like heavy metal but it’s actually titanium👍😊
I always wanted one but a part of me couldn't get over the monochrome look of them.

Keep the size, you small men need to lift weights and eat!

@@frankv7068it's a glandular problem, how dare you!
Hahahaha jk
I do both of those things, but don't gain enough wrist weight apparently.

...nope. I too was hoping that Omega would release a mid-size Seamaster like in the past.
If this was 40mm or below I’d be in line right now. It’s beautiful enough that in spite of the size (pause) I’m still considering it.
Aluminium bezels making a comeback.
I for one love the mesh bracelet. I have it on my SMP 2220.80. Very comfortable.

I’m in love with this. Ceramic bezels are great and all, but this puppy 🐶 can take real damage and still come out on top
@@Novilicious and look amazing while doing so.
Love these bezels. Got my 2230.50 because of one like that. Really cool, but way overpiced.
A step in the right direction. Keep it clean and simple.
AMZWATCH has set a new standard for replica watches. Their craftsmanship is impeccable. Its hard to tell the difference from the originals

40mm is too small. 42mm is perfect. Only downside here is the non-ceramic bezel.

It actually looks like a dive watch, that can be used in the ocean.
Incredible. Wish they would do a new standard strap with a taper though
Just release 40mm version or 38mm version.
I assure you that your sale would be doubled
What about the aqua terra in 38?
MAMACOO is a must for me as a watch collector

Cmoon, I got my green version on Monday
Good choice

Sounds like a plan! (Although an expensive one)🤣
@OracleTimeTV 😁
Coming to a sale near you.
Such a beauty.
This Omega really is stunning, thank you for watching!
I love everyone went batshit at the 39mm predictions on DC images. These reactions are more entertaining than the Tyson / Paul shin dig 😅
Tudor - Gives what the people ask for.
Omega - Ignores everyone and is persistent on increasing the pricing.

Crazy price setting
So nice if it weren’t for the skeleton hands.
Not too into the titanium bezel.

Omega killing Rolex once again.
This is a repeat of the 2230 or 2236.
That thumb sticks out like a sore escape valve...
40mm, should be Thunder, no HeV , disappointing

Nothing exciting I feel…sorry guys.
That’s one ugly watch. 😂
Subjective.
Come-on Omega, give everyone what they want and write Rolex on the dial😅
Big miss for me. Not enough contrast.
💩
It’s a seriously lame release.
Ugly.
