    Love Phoenix great place to live or visit!!! Take a trip there and see. Glendale Arrowhead Lakes is the best keep secret in the city: LAKES & MOUNTAINS in the same neighborhood, only place in Phoenix that has that!

    Love it!! I live in Rio Verde and I want people to be worried about moving here because of water! All is perfectly fine and we get the benefits of not having people move out here because they’re worried about water! Keep it up!!

      LOL...and Rio Verde is where there ARE water problems.

      @@LivinginPhoenixArizona Not a single person or household has ever had a problem getting all the water they need.

      @@cbmjm1 Oh my, well that's because the governor stepped in. Water dispensary company EPCOR is working to set up a permanent water solution for the Rio Verde Foothills, and a long-term proposal is currently under review by the Arizona Corporation Commission. Don't ever say never. Rio Verde still does not have their own water.

    Gold Canyon is one of the most quiet community. The housing is nice. The housing is nice. There is space between the housing. You are not on top of each other. The crime is lower. Some traffic but not like the Phoenix area. Very quiet
    . You can be in the city in 20 minutes. Thanks

      Good insight if you want a smaller town feel with gorgeous views and schools are not a priority. Not much in Gold Canyon nor would I say anything is really only 20 minutes away. Major sport games are 45+ minutes with no traffic, Old Town Scottsdale restaurants and shopping is 40+ minutes away, even downtown Gilbert is 30+ minutes away. I meet up with a friend for paddleboarding that lives in Gold Canyon. It's a 40 minute drive from her house to the Salt River.

    I love your videos coming from your old stomping grounds in the Bay Area. I may have to take a pit stop in SoCal with family for a little bit to make the transition to AZ possible but 😢definitely want the get down there. Tempe and Chandler were my favorite parts of Maricopa county.

      @@LivinginPhoenixArizona You are very transparent about the area and realistic which I appreciate. I just saw your last video which included rent to own which is intriguing to me. I have a buddy who moved to Buckeye 2 years ago that I’m going to visit this summer. Are RTO’s really viable?

      @LivinginPhoenixArizona  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@oaktownA Yes, rent-to-owns are a real thing and can be very helpful for people planning on buying in the next few years but for whatever reason it doesn’t work for them right now. If you’d like to learn more about it, give us a call to schedule a zoom call.

    Hello from Ouray, Colorado! Thank you very much for this comprehensive video of the greater Phoenix valley!
    We just finished a 2 week camping trip down in Tucson to 1) get out of our lingering high country winter in Colorado, and 2) to determine if we'd consider there to move to. I believe it is. As my wife says, we will "date" Tucson over this next year and consider heading there in 2025 (late spring or early summer-ish).
    I come to Phoenix for work; about once every month or two. I also come there for my annual training in March. I feel like we are favoring Tucson because it isn't quite as expansive. But, at this point, we wouldn't rule Phoenix out completely.

    • @LivinginPhoenixArizona
      @LivinginPhoenixArizona  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Tucson is VERY different living, lifestyle and economy. Great idea to 'date' Tucson before making the decision to relocate.

    I had no idea Central City Phoenix was so industrial. Took the police 6 hours to come after someone hit and run me. Called every hour. They don't pay enough taxes here to put enough police here and there's just too much crime already they gave up

    • @LivinginPhoenixArizona
      @LivinginPhoenixArizona  หลายเดือนก่อน

      I forget to call it 'Central City Phoenix', in real estate we call it South Phoenix and right next to it is Laveen. Many of the builders are overselling this area, I try to bring truth to the area so buyers relocating to Phoenix have an honest understanding of this area. Thank you for your comment here!

    Great information! New subscriber here. I am currently living in Florida and work at Mayo Clinic. After my son graduates HS in a couple of years, we are looking to relocate to the Phoenix area. I will transfer my job to the Mayo Clinic in AZ. I would want something closer to work. How soon should I really start looking for this move?

    Thanks for sharing, very helpful. Recognize it's all the desert, but are there any areas where you would say there are less wildlife / critters? Would it be homes that typically have lawns/traditional grass?

    • @LivinginPhoenixArizona
      @LivinginPhoenixArizona  ปีที่แล้ว

      No, just because you have grass doesn’t mean anything per se. Obviously the closer you are to the natural desert, you’ll have wildlife. Due to our extreme drought, we’ve even seen coyotes in neighborhoods you’d never expect to see them in.
