Good morning Sheryl, I really enjoyed your video this morning. Looking forward to making a call to you in the near future.
We look forward to hearing from you!
Another excellent video, Sheryl! I’ve schlepped my furniture across country twice and never realized how much money I was wasting. I’ve already started purging getting ready to move back to AZ from Utah early next year. Will be calling you soon!
Thanks Annie! Purge purge purge. LOL
Great video Sheryl to save for future move. Had a nice time last May. Wow ur right...BIG desert!!
Ginormous! And it is growing even more!
Between October and January of the new year, I am thinking about moving to Phoenix. After 12 years, ready to leave the Grand Canyon. Just want to rent a place and find a decent job while pursuing my data entry skills. I am willing to deal with the hellish heat. No kids. Just a single guy looking for a new start while still staying in Arizona. Nothing in California to go back to.
Where do you live near the Grand Canyon? Looks like you'll be getting a nice storm later today. 😍
i just got my green card and i have to move to Arizona but first i have to find a job before . what is the best way for looking for a job before i start looking for a house I also thinking of buying a lot and build a house dose not have to be big lot but i need it in Resident area not very remote
Unfortunately Phoenix does not have affordable vacant land inside the city and it's extremely difficult to build what you want even if you have the money (that's why builders keep going out further and further where there is less opposition). Even land way outside of the city is getting quite pricey too. As for jobs, you'll just need to look online. Perhaps Jobing, Indeed and other employment sites?
When buying from out of state, doesn’t the lender want to see your new proof of income from your new job in Phoenix? Planning to move from CA to Phoenix next year and my 2 incomes will be totally different because of the areas.
Do I need to live in an extended stay hotel while getting my new proof of income rolling in?
Every lender is different but there are ways to make this happen without having to live in a hotel before locking in your contract. CALL US 602-883-4287, we will make this happen for you!
Lol I'm trying to move out of Phoenix
If you need help on the exit, just let us know!
It's too hot 🔥 in Arizona
For 2-3 months, YES! BUT...I'm swimming in the morning with my pup, heading to the mountains for daytime hikes, beautiful evening walks and enjoy indoor shopping, restaurants and events the rest of the time. Where do YOU live?
@@LivinginPhoenixArizona Apache Junction Hot dusty and fun in the sun minute away from the lakes .
@@Mike-j7o LOVE Apache Junction!
Can't hear what your saying
Must be on your end my friend... try another source maybe?
Please do not move to Arizona ..WE ARE FULL and do not need any more traffic!!
Yes the traffic is definitely getting busier. Not gonna lie.
@ronnieam33 People move where they want to you don't have ownership over any state.
Same thing here in TN. At least AZ has nice wide streets/ roads. We plan on coming ur way in future
