- Lacey Sturm and her husband Josh Sturm perform songs entitled “Faith”, “Run to You”, and “All Around Me”. Between songs Lacey delivers an intensely personal, and at times humorous talk about marriage and love. In right relationship, love frees you because it honors your freedom.
In 2002, Lacey Sturm co-founded Flyleaf and led the rock band to international success as its frontwoman. The band’s single “All Around Me” went platinum, soaring to the top 40 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and earning recognition as an award-winning song at the 2009 BMI Pop Awards.
Her debut album as a solo artist is entitled "Life Screams". Her first book is entitled “The Reason: How I Discovered a Life Worth Living.”

God speaks volumes to people through others and generally just when you need it most. Sony people think they are alone all the time yet FORGET God is always their, waiting to help. MAYBE not the the way you want but quite possibly the way you need. God doesn't judge YOU he judges your sin, Jesus washes your souls clean so God only sees YOU. But with every parent GOD LOVES YOU.
I see so many who use drugs or alcohol or debauchery to cover up something. Mainly because they never know the love God pours out for everyone. God Bless, and if you listen , he will listen to you and carry you through any problem. Lee

I’ve heard a lot of good singers in my day, but I never heard anything quite like her. I’m touched. I really mean that.
Lacey is absolutely my favorite singer, you can just utterly SWIM in the emotionality of her voice. It's so incredible how her voice can be so commanding and strong at some times, and at others it sounds so unsteady and broken, yet never out of control
Lacey!!! Shes the only singer who makes me feel like I can strive to be positive in the world that is bringing me down
It's fascinating.. the artists that are much more comfortable singing than talking.
Well, this one really spoke to me today. I'm just coming out of a long-term suffocating controlling relationship. Watching this, I'm in tears. Thank you Lacey. I'd never heard your music before but it is truly beautiful and I'm glad I found it.
She said I love you in the end! It’s so great to see her express that so freely. And the stares she was getting from him were so sweet, it’s like she sensed it and had to tell him in the end too. Pray for them, hope they last till the end, & successfully help each other reach The Goal (Heaven/God).
The world is in need of more of her...
I get where you're coming from and I admire, respect, and enjoy Lacey and her voice and passion, but the world needs more of JESUS. That's what gives you/us the sense that we need more of this. It's your spirit acknowledging the Truth. Jesus said, "I am THE way, THE truth, and THE life. No man (or woman) can come to The Father but by me."
I had TH-cam on autoplay and listened to this without knowing who or what, and she started singing and I was all of a sudden like: wait, this sounds quite a lot like Lacey Sturm. I look at the title and it turns out to be her indeed haha. She has/still has an amazing voice!

I love her live performances because she inserts stories and experiences about God's love. She's amazing!

Faith is one of the most beautiful songs ever and I was lucky to have seen them perform an amazing live version at an event at Harvest Ministries around Christmas....but then I couldn't find it again anywhere online. I think this performance is now my favorite....absolutely breathtaking!

The reason i love her songs is because i understand their meanings. The reason people love love songs is because they understand foolishness packaged pretty while they're getting their new Iphone without a headphone jack, wireless recharge, better screen, and have a fake speaker, etc. and don't realize they're getting screwed by pretty words like, 'innovation, the best we've ever made', ETC.

Chris Barr it was a sort of rhetoric kinda thing. Like when people buy love songs that emphasizes on sex, crazy devotion to someone that doesn't treat you well, etc. and people relate to that and like it.
Same with the iPhone. People buy it because it's apple though you can get better for the price, and apple just keeps holding back.
Her songs don't have stupid things such as short handed love. Imagine a 5" screener, waterproof, sapphire glass, Touch ID, 2 cámaras, headphone jack, and all the frijoles.
