It’s 100% a wolf track, and a big one at that. You can tell it’s a canine due to the claw imprint and the shape. You can also tell the size of an animal by how deep of an imprint it makes.
Bear tracks also leave claw imprints, and I don’t think the depth of the imprint has anything to do with weight or size of an animal, more so to do with the temperature and quality of the snow. If the animal is walking on it at night during the coldest part of the day it’s going to leave almost no mark, vs a sunny day and everything is sort of melting
@@HalenTaylor02 I mean this in the nicest way possible, and im not trying to start an argument, but the tracks in the video don't show much snow melt. When tracked begin to melt the sides of the track start melting inward. It is also not a black bear track. Ive worked with wolves for several years, and I do predator education. Everything you said was correct though.
You really cannot rely on the depth of the imprint to determine the weight, at least in snow, since as was mentioned, conditions and underlying strata have a lot to do with how the impression appears. Size of the track is most determinant. This was certainly an adult and probably a male since males are larger than females and there are no other wolf tracks associated with it, so it was a lone wolf. The paw print is huge!
People who are hating because there is another man in the video is wild. Glad to be watching for your adventures and down to earth personality! You guys seem to have so much fun together!
Love this! This is exactly why I don't post on TH-cam, I knew I would get burned out. Enjoy life. Live in the moment . I have always loved your vibe 🤗 love and light
I've been teepee tent tent camping for 3 or more years now and you learn things as you go. For instance getting a fire blanket or a fire pit mat under the stove was something i only figured out myself after a couple of trips . I have several tarps now with small burn holes in them. And if you're camping without a floor , it helps keep leaves or grass from igniting from the stove's heat.
So glad to see you are looking out for number one, you are an inspirational film maker, and an example of how to live life to the fullest. That is a joyful part of our lives, thanks so much for being the real you, and not just a show. Your true stories are fact, funner than fiction, thanks for the smiles! And kiro, tons of smiles thanks to kiro too, true entertainer.looking forward to a lot more of your awesome content, all in good time, the mountains will still be there tomorrow,we'll wait patiently.thanks again, take it easy!
I understand burnout! Good to see you back! You are beautiful and smart and you find good places to film! You will figure it all out! Thanks for sharing your adventures!
Great to see you and Parker having a great adventure! If someone else told you this disregard. I researched having a camp stove like you bought on TH-cam. A silicone mat seemed to be recommended the most, but some type of fireproof mat was required. Not only to prevent flying embers, but so your stove doesn’t freeze into the melted snow while you wait for it to cool so you can pack it up.
I love your videos! So good that you're taking care of yourself and your friendships. And the quality of your videos is already amazing. The style of your videos makes them fun to watch and relatable :)
Always happy to see your videos, no matter how frequent. Also definitely is nice to have someone joining you on these trips, solo is fine for a time but being able to share the load / setup and for safety, it’s better to have someone with 😁
Hello!🤗 Glad to see you're back ! Been waiting for your next video. Greetings from Mediterranean, we are already enjoying sun and beautiful spring weather hikes here. 😊🌼
First off, love seeing all of the winter adventures (I'm about to move back to a 4 season environment) and it's inspiring me to make the most out of winter/the "off seasson." Also thank you for sharing your experience trying content creation full time. Same thing happened to me when I gave being an entrepreneur a go and it's refreshing to hear another say they don't mind their full time job and keeping this as a hobby. That's exactly how I felt and can relate 100%. Looking forward to seeing your upcoming adventures!
Oh wow - I'm so happy to hear you challenge yourself over turning your hobby into a job. I have done this twice and it's a terrible idea. I used to love computers before working with them (unfortunately now a lost cause) but then I nearly did it again when I played in a band. We'd practice and play gigs so many times in the week that it turned into a job and I started to resent that time when it should have been the best time ever. I stopped playing so often and now I'm back loving it as much as ever. Another great fun episode. The Canadian winter affords you opportunities for "playing outside" we don't get this side of the Atlantic. Best wishes from the UK.
I love your videos your old RAV4 videos inspired me to get out and use my rav4 for more of what it’s made for… long drives and I can take my dog with me !
@@MadisonClysdalee Yes that’s what it was!! Enjoy your adventrues don’t let TH-cam take over something that’s important and peaceful for you! True fans of you and your videos will always appreciate you!
Your video is eye opening for me because you have explained everything with simplicity... lots of love from Pakistan 🇵🇰❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I´ve just found your channel and I think it´s amazing. You are a brave girl and your dog is awesome, too. I will start watching all your videos, from now on. Greetings from Argentina, South America.
So great to see you got tent camping ad with a bud no less. Let me just add don't ever cut a roll over your hand, you'll cut yourself and ruin a trip. Poke the knife into the roll on a surface and cut through. So smart cutting back. Enjoy your time outside 😊
Haven't seen you around lately but glad that you are ok. Now you got to teach Parker how to survive, haha. Nice to have someone to cuddle up to, no problem staying that way. You kids take care now.
I can’t tell what software you’re using to edit. But if you get a stream deck and program it with all the shortcuts, it will speed up your editing by 70%. Take it from a person that films weddings. Total game changer.
Pretty cool trip. I tried winter camping once. That was enough for me. 🤣 I didn't really have winter gear tho. Nice camping setup. Glad to see you found a trail partner. Happy trails.😄 🥰
Absolutely amazing. Hi guys visit k2 and Nangaparbat view point from one place . Whenever you start a short solo trip of 4-5 days, Moses Peak is a must. Madison you are amazing!
I couldn’t stop laughing at some of the cutouts.
The chainsaw cutting a hole in the ice was utilitarian, but was for drainage in the shelter?
❤ yay
