I recently start to go to Japan for work again and at this stage of my life (55), I realize something: it is not the quantity and size, but the quality and precision scale. Becoming new empty nesters, I organized our NYC kitchen very much like this little jewel-like camper. We also lost weight because we eat Japanese portion and everyday, feeling healthy and younger then ever. We also now just have a « tiny trash » bag, feeling very happy as no more leftover in our fridge. I just cooked the similar « yasainabe> the other day so yummy and satisfying. Your culture is a gift to the world! Respect and blessing. Thank you for sharing this video.

Home made campers are never certified. But public campgrounds in National Parks or State Parks or in National Forests do not require certification.
This is such an an amazing adventure. Your camper on wheels is awesome , warm and cozy. There is nothing like waking up to a besutifu view. Enjoy and cannot wait until your next adventure. Cheers!

What I like most about your fabulous little camper video and how everything fits so perfectly is that you showed that bits that weren't great - your awning that kept coming undone from the pegs in the wind. I love watching this. Seems your camper is a bit of a tight squeeze. You may want to consider adding some heat resistant material to the interior wall so you don’t have to pack the metal guards. Small things like that can start to make a big difference when you have such a small space.
never seen or thought about cooking cantaloupe. goggled it and oh my! so many different ways! will be trying some of them very soon and even more when they are back in season here.
Number one misstep, Your deck should be at the back of the truck and your van should be parked into the wind. Then the deck will be protected by the van. Its so romantic, your van.
Nice little camper!😁👍 and I see you use the nice sliding and self locking knot on the tarp ropes that I love as well. No hardware and they just don't slip. 👍Especially on a twisted rope.

To overcome the wind just park at a better angle. Make sure the van is used to block the wind. Then you can easily set up the porch and porch tent.

The panels to reflect heat radiation are excellent. The small stove to burn single logs also looks very efficient.
白菜を切るときは面倒でも白い部分と葉を三角に切ってわけて、白いところをなべの底に敷き詰めてからネギ、かぼちゃ、葉先と重ねます。
味噌と出汁の素をコップで混ぜて上からかけて火をつけます。沸騰したらお肉を入れ色が変わったらほうとう。

猪苗代ですね。ー７°ですか、寒いですね。私の住んでいる所は朝のゴミ出しの時はー20°以上あります。寒さも慣れでしてー10°くらいまでだったらシャツ１枚で外をウロウロしてますｗ。薪ストーブ強力ですね、食事も美味しそうです。ソロキャンプの連中は日本人のくせに毎日毎日ソーセージばっかり喰っていて面白くありませんが貴殿の食事は和食中心のようで、しかも呑み助にはたまらないメニューが多くて楽しめます(カボチャのとけていないホウトウは初めて見ましたがｗ)これからも楽しい番組を期待しています。
