Yes, Houston is incredibly diverse! It's the best thing about this place! (Out of many good things.) We live walking distance from another of the Roostar locations. Soooooo good.....

I totally agree! It’s mostly the reason I keep going back and haven’t tried many other places in Houston. They don’t get the praise they deserve. If it means I don’t have to wait in those long lines then that’s cool with me I guess! The longest line I’ve experienced there was maybe 10-15 deep I love the tortillas and salsas they have. And that beef rib!

I second this! Just a heads up there’s ALWAYS a line at turkey leg hut but it’s worth it. Another notable taco spot is Taconmadre, and for bbq triple j’s never disappoints!

That’s all I use to eat about a year ago and it’s not the same they don’t care about the quality anymore and I think it has to do with the mother who use to cook and she never failed me the daughter and other relatives cook there and they don’t put in any effort to cook like the mom use to and they never give me my beans it never failed I use to fly home to eat my shit and my beans missing and end up driving right back to that mf
There’s this place in Washington ave called The Toasted Yolk which is a breakfast place and the food is super delicious and affordable!! Y’all need to try it whenever y’all get the chance

Oh man. so many things to say, but I won't. Retrospect: You guys didn't mention they are famous for their crepes! Pit Room: they make their own chicharrones IN HOUSE. So delicious. You can get it as one of the sides. Wonderful video. I love my city, Houston!
@@AdventuresofAplusK My other top Houston restaurant spots are Mai's, The Breakfast Club, Empire Cafe, Velvet Taco, Pho Saigon, Larados Tacoria, Common Bond bakery, and the Acadian bakery. There lots of other great spots too but those are my favorites.
Currently debating on whether to move to Houston or Atlanta .... it's so hard but this video convinced me a little to move to Houston a little more, thanks !

I've never seen nor heard of anything you highlighted in this video. It was very good. Once upon a time, I was delivering muffins to a store in south San Antone. I had to pull down an alley. It was January and it was COLD! A little lady, all bundled up, was walking down the alley pushing a baby carriage! She walked up to me, pulled back a quilt, and said, "Breakfast Burrito?" The buggy was full of foil-wrapped burritos. Two bucks each. Had I IMMEDIATELY taken a bite I would have bought her whole buggy. South Texans just know that kind of stuff!

I've never seen nor heard of anything you highlighted in this video. It was very good. Once upon a time, I was delivering muffins to a store in south San Antone. I had to pull down an alley. It was January and it was COLD! A little lady, all bundled up, was walking down the alley pushing a baby carriage! She walked up to me, pulled back a quilt, and said, "Breakfast Burrito?" The buggy was full of foil-wrapped burritos. Two bucks each. Had I IMMEDIATELY taken a bite I would have bought her whole buggy. South Texans just know that kind of stuff!
