    Here are the key steps towards growing younger :
    1. Mindset Change : Affirm & Believe that you are younger.
    2. Earthing : Lay on grass or walk bare feet daily for at least 20 minutes.
    3. Get socially active : Organise regular get-togethers and mingle with diverse age groups.
    4. Neurobics : Engage In Brain exercises like jigsaws , puzzles and sudokus.

    Hi u say walk bear foot is it only on the grass outside or can u walking indoors too

      Rosie C Please walk bare foot on grass or on wet soil. This is for grounding (also called Earthing) so we remain in direct contact with the Earth’s subtle electric charge / electrons for healing and rejuvenating our body, mind and soul. Thank you.

      Do I have to do this every day cause I live in Montreal we have winter here plus I don’t have a huge backyard it’s hard to be there for 20 minutes

      I think outside is the best, perhaps you could do 20 minutes of yoga on the grass. Since you only have a small space.

      For grounding I have started sleeping on the floor. It's helping 🙏
