*It works!!* I did this along with other 3 similar workouts of Hana for a little over 2 weeks and the results over rode expectations! Ok so I did with workout and the stretching video she suggested at the beginning of the video last week all last week and for the first time in my life I’ve actually gotten results from a workout video. This really does work! (Do both videos for faster results you’ll thank me later) I had always been insecure of my shoulders b/c they were so manly and my collar bone didn’t show... and I’m so happy with the results I will try to do this everyday !

@@shasjp There are still not that much result, but I can say that I definitly got stronger, because I can do the workout without stopping, I lost 0.5 cm at my arms and my posture got way better. I never had the type of body, which changes immediately after doing 3 exercises 😅 I have been doing Chloetings Workouts for about 4 months now, and I started noticing differences about one month ago... It all takes time🤗 keep going and push yourself 🥰❤
I just did this workout for the first time today and it really hits the right areas. You can feel slight burn in your neck, upper back, and shoulders. Will remain continuous with this one since I've been trying to define my collarbone. At the moment its a bit visible however, I want it defined so it can even be seen from a distance.
day 1- literally i didnt even finish the whole thing bc i just got done doing legs and abs, so i only went through the first half, AND I CAN ALR SEE CHANGES. Like not when im sitting still but when i move my arms around my collar bones are so visible now, and it’s not like a JURASSIC change, but like it’s 110% working. But please if you aren’t seeing what I’m seeing don’t give up, i lose weight quickly in my arms and stomach area when I work out, which is probably why i’m seeing visible change quickly. But if you arent like me like give it 3-4 days tbh. everyone’s bodies are different!
@@keerthishree7112 I don't think so, wide shoulders are because of bone structure but it can improve your posture which makes a difference in appearance.

I have started the exercise yesterday but forgot to update because I was very much tired after this. So I will keep updating Day 1: ✔️I completed my workout it gives a little pain but I was feeling good .😊 Day2:✔️ I'm done with the exercise today , it gives me a happiness and I feel fresh, fit, active and light all day long , it gives me enough energy.🔥 📢 (Note: I am not in a diet just eating normal but healthy bengali foods. But I'm avoiding all kind of junk foods and cold drinks.) Day3:✔️ Done , I am feeling a lot energetic. I think I'm seeing some difference in my shoulder line😯 Day4:✔️Done. Day 3: done ✔️ I could feel more pain and tension in and around my triceps while doing forward and backward swiming exercise.
Day 4: done ✔️ I learnt the forward and backward swiming finally. Will kill it in the following days. I don't want to stop this in 7 days. I am going to add this in my routine. I could feel strength in my arms already. Thanks 💜
Day 5: Done✔️ I killed the forward and backward swiming but after the exercise it killed me though 😂😂😂. It was great seeing results. Man shoulders definitely gone 😁😁😁😁

@@shasjp There are still not that much result, but I can say that I definitly got stronger, because I can do the workout without stopping, I lost 0.5 cm at my arms and my posture got way better.
I never had the type of body, which changes immediately after doing 3 exercises 😅
I have been doing Chloetings Workouts for about 4 months now, and I started noticing differences about one month ago...
It all takes time🤗 keep going and push yourself 🥰❤

I just did this workout for the first time today and it really hits the right areas. You can feel slight burn in your neck, upper back, and shoulders. Will remain continuous with this one since I've been trying to define my collarbone. At the moment its a bit visible however, I want it defined so it can even be seen from a distance.
day 1- literally i didnt even finish the whole thing bc i just got done doing legs and abs, so i only went through the first half, AND I CAN ALR SEE CHANGES. Like not when im sitting still but when i move my arms around my collar bones are so visible now, and it’s not like a JURASSIC change, but like it’s 110% working. But please if you aren’t seeing what I’m seeing don’t give up, i lose weight quickly in my arms and stomach area when I work out, which is probably why i’m seeing visible change quickly. But if you arent like me like give it 3-4 days tbh. everyone’s bodies are different!

@@keerthishree7112 I don't think so, wide shoulders are because of bone structure but it can improve your posture which makes a difference in appearance.

Day2:✔️ I'm done with the exercise today , it gives me a happiness and I feel fresh, fit, active and light all day long , it gives me enough energy.🔥
📢 (Note: I am not in a diet just eating normal but healthy bengali foods. But I'm avoiding all kind of junk foods and cold drinks.)
Day3:✔️ Done , I am feeling a lot energetic. I think I'm seeing some difference in my shoulder line😯
