How long does it take for someone to speak English? I don't appreciate the fact he still needs a translator after so many years in the US
then don't listen
@@Matae2k I am struggling to find a trace of intelligence in this answer.
HE DIDN'T EVEN DO ANYTHING IN THIS WORLD SERIES!!!!
HE DID 2 HITS FOR 5GAMES
HE WAS LIKE BENCH MEMBER BARNES 😂😂😂
Good thing the Yankees are too weak.🤣🤣
Ohtani has a WS championship. Judge has been Choke-tober. Dont ever say Judge is better then Ohtani. Ohtani does so much more the Judge. Yep! Rubbing it in to all those Yankee fans who was laughing and calling Ohtani names when he got hurt. Yankees fans are losers because they were cheering for those two idiots who tried to break Betts wrist.
YOU DON'T NEED A TRANSLATOR!
the only reason he uses a translator is because he isn’t comfortable speaking English
You shouldn't need a Japanese Translator!
Did nothing in the World Series.
Buddy did nothing lmao
Don’t care he still win😂🏆
he made new pee in there pants with fear even if he did nothing
Yep. Not like your fav team which 100% is LOSING. Dodgers and the whole team is a WINNER.
Second
He didn't do anything in the world series, I don't know why this player gets so much attention, undeserved attention
would be nice if he just speak one sentence of english.
Although he can communicate in English, it may be difficult for him to speak English in a way that suits the situation.
Why?
u want to date hime?
Brother still doesn’t speak English!?
English is not easy to become fluent for Japanese and Korean people
This is an interview. The Japanese players treat them seriously.
So they prefer to speak through the interpretor to make sure they would not be mistaken.
he said f u new york after the interview
Fist
Ohtani still having a translator after being in the US for nearly a decade is weird.
Your m0m s.cking me off after putting you to bed is weird
this guy is a bawwdres fan. point and laugh
It's for his countrymen back home. He's not american. Google him.
@@coin_guy246no chill lol

Shohei showed terrible performance during WS. I consider that Uehara's previous comment for him was correct (Shohei plays in a weak team and make a performance against weak pitchers in non-leverage situation). What's the meaning of MVP or 50-50 if he play like this WS? His fame loses the light in this WS games.
@ネーム-k3e I watched all games. Before the injury, his batting was not good except for the 2nd base hit you mentioned. As he felt a big stress from batting, he was forced to steal and got injured. When opponent pitchers throw high fast balls and breaking balls to lower out corner, he can be an easy prey. He needs to practice plate discipline very hard during winter season.
What ever u say he still win anyway😂🏆
What Ohtani actually said: "I went 2-19 but am still collecting my 700$ million and a World Series Ring despite doing absolutely nothing, so of course I'm very happy and looking towards 10 more years of being a regular season superstar".
Ohtani carried the team in the regular season, the team carried him in the WS. He is phenomenal in NLDS and NLCS too. So, you can cry all you want.
The Braves fans who couldn’t even get a whiff of the postseason are crying.🫵😂🫵😂🫵😂
ひでぇ。お前それ面と向かって言えんのか

Did they forget to offer Shohei and his translater a seat? Who's in charge of this interview?
Shohei you've been in America for Over 6 years time to speak ENGLISH 🙀
