Have 5 1911s. Have owned around 10 1911s in my lifetime. Have 2 Les Baers, 1 Ed Brown SF, 1 SA Ronin, 1 Colt Commander. Have those all in .45ACP plus an FN FNX .45ACP standard. Yes, I have 2 or 3 9mm, but the .45 is my go to round.
FNX 45 is ingeniously left out. Although it launched long ago but it was far ahead of its time, as its still the most inclusive tactical 45ACP that has a high 15 +1 capacity, optics ready, suppressor ready etc. Its a all in one
These are all great guns if you have the money. I prefer my affordable Glock G21 gen4. I have 13 plus 1 in the pipe and it's one of the smoothest shooting 45's out there. I can customize the pistol with a lot of choices and I won't go broke doing it. I'm already looking for the pieces I need to convert the G21 into a G20 10mm. I love the fact that I have a proven man stopper and I can change it out to a proven bear stopper in about 25 minutes. I trust the 10mm more than the 45acp +p for stopping a bear. I always bring my 250lb slow running buddy with me as plan B.
I don’t understand why they didn’t change the trigger on .40, .45 cal 2.0 but changed it for the 10mm and 5.7x28?!. What’s the point of it being 2.0 then ?
I don’t think that would work because Americans people and Australian government are good friends and the Aussie government has its nose planted firmly up Chinese ass
Australia was always awesome, great individuals there. That being said, there is always room here in the States for good people. Unfortunately, not every State believes in the Constitution, so one must choose wisely where to go. Cheers...

Kinda lame when you leave out the venerable FNX 45 Tactical.
And include the p220 when the p227 has 14+1 capacity. The p227 is the only all metal dbl stack 45 made I know of.
Unreliable I have one spent a ton on ammo and mags still isn’t working right. Surprised hk45 not here though

FNX45 should be at the top of the list the best 45! It has the highest stock ammo capacity and less recoil then most 9mm!
