As much as I've been in a minority that enjoys Joan's character, things have gotten far fetched. The timing of Colleen's situation is too perfect. On that note: to the people who also watch Wentworth: which Freak do you think is more dangerous, Maggie's version or Pamela's? I do still think Pamela's version is worse because people are truly intrigued by her. But both are brilliant takes on a very complex character.
I didn't mind this Joan too much in the beginning - but her infallibility just wore thin after a while. I still love the show though, hence being a repeat watcher since it's up here. I agree that PCBH and Wentwoth both have great takes on the Joan Ferguson character; and I'm with Bev - Pamela's Ferguson is FAR more dangerous -- a hardcore psychopath. Maggie's at least has those odd touches of humanity that almost make you feel sorry for her... like her devastation when her dogs die, Jilly, and the boy she takes on later.
