Retromod Project VLOG: 1986 944 Turbo Turbo Upgrade and Engine Reseal

I dropped by my brother Jeremy's garage to get an update on his 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo (951) that he is building into a track ready street car. He recently resealed the motor and performed a few upgrades.

I love the 951, I used to have an 86 (guard red) several years ago but ended selling it because it needed too much work and I didn't have time to get to it. Still miss it to this day.

surprised he is using only 200lbs front springs with 28mm torsions, sounds a little out of balance?

The car actually handles very nicely at the track days and autocrosses he's done so far. I do know he is planning on putting heavier front springs in though. Probably 400lbs I think is what he said.
