Well I've done all the steps, I think it did improved my fps just a little and stable. Unlike previous my fps was like stuttering and stuff. FOR THOSE USE BATTERY BOOST AND WHISPER MODE AFTER PLAYING BE AWARE OF NOT CHECKING THE STUFF WHILE YOU INSTALL THE NVIDIA CLEAN INSTALL.

It does say that you can install in windows 11 pro..
Basically you can install in every windows 11 variant, just not in home variant
