    Action in case of 2 cbd vessels in head on situation?

      It is a very subjective situation. Both vessel need to stop and look for alternatives and make sure they are not passing head on.

      Mostly for examination, depends on what surveyor wants to hear.

    What is difference between passage or safe passage in 8 f?

      Hi Saravana, This question itself requires a video but I would to cover it in short.
      Passage means what the vessel is already following, this is more strict requirement than safe passage. This means that the vessel whose passage shall not be impeded, that vessel shall not require to alter.
      Safe passage is an option of awareness, if their is sufficient searoom for the other vessel where she may safely go then you are free to block her passage. Like rule 10j & 18d.1
      Remaining all references are for passage, which means don't come in their way, period!
