Works like a slave to afford all these cars and then can’t finish them all. I am glad you tried though Mike. Helps me remember my dad always talking about his road runner.
Time as much as money. He has his own business and crew drilling and blasting rock. Turned it over to Conner and the cars were the retirement plan. Work full time on them. Crazy enough to buy them from scrappers before the value reflected the cost of restoration. Some could be brought back. Some where three partial cars can make one whole car. One car rusty but sweet pristine interior. Rats nest interior but big block engine and smashed in the back. Four on the floor. A pristine body and frame. High mileage three in the tree six. Plain Jane interior. A bit of mix n match, and you have a pristine car, frame and big block four speed. In many cases the base model and the high optioned high output shared a frame and sheet metal. If the fenders of a six cyl base satalite fit a charger. After market fenders are 4G or cut up the satalite that nature is reclaiming.... 😅
I hope yall find a place to continue working... or prayers and fingers crossed you guys won't lose your place here... best of luck merry Christmas... and the shop looks great btw! Keep it up mike 😂
Blair has his own shop. Not sure how Mike and Blair met. Just Mike has a large collection of classic jun... cars. So short of moving to LA working in BC living in Alberta isn't too bad.
I could be wrong but the point of impact on the rocker maybe because of the design of body structure on the floor bed maybe before welding inner structures you could try to make a pull and get a better gap on edge before welding new panel.seem like Jimmy's only have floors for support in rear considering the quarters only bolt on.food for thought
Love the tutorials. Would love a different camera angle now and then. Blair you wear some lovely shirts but would rather see what you are doing instead.
The patience Blair has is crazy. I would lose my mind with all those fine details of body work. Great work Blair. You rock dude.

Cut the panel in half at the wheel opening, fit front and rear then add a strip to close the gap.

One thing I can't stand is how Blair treats tools just tosses or throws them willie nillie it's angering
