Padmanabhaswamy Temple is located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. The temple is built in an intricate fusion of the indigenous Kerala style and the dravidian style of architecture associated with the temples located in the neighbouring state of Tamil Nadu, featuring high walls, and a 16th-century Gopuram.The principal deity, Padmanabhaswamy, is enshrined in the "Anantha-sayanam" posture (in the eternal sleep of Yoga-nidra on the serpent Anantha). The Maharajah of Travancore bears the title, "Sree Padmanabhadasa’ (Servant of Lord Padmanabha). The temple stands by the side of a tank, named Padma Theertham (meaning the lotus spring). There are many festivals related to this temple. The major festivals are bi-annual. Considered to be world's richest temples, among the many dazzling architectural features of Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple is the ornate gopuram or the tower at the temple's main entrance is something of unique construction. It has seven floors with a pair of window like openings at the center of each floor on its opposite sides. On the exact two days of the Equinox ( close to March 21st & September 23rd) one gets to see the Setting Sun aligned and passing exactly through each of the windows in roughly 5-minute intervals.
Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple of Thiruvananthapuram in South India is a fine example of exquisite architecture that blends Dravidian and traditional Kerala styles.

Nahi pehan sakte hain half pant, half pant ke upar dhoti/lungi pehanana padega , moneybag le ja sakte hain andar,usme koi key ya watch ya koi pendrive nahi honi chahiye

Offline, when you enter the temple, there is a counter to get 50 and 500 rupees ticket, both have same entry gate, but 500 rupee you will get 6 feet distance darshan, whereas with 50 rupees ticket you will get 12 feet far darshan
