You should consider switching from Patreon to TH-cam sponsored subscription like many channels do these days (if your channel is eligible). Since I’m existing Patreon subscriber they won’t take 30% off my subscription (it only applies to new subscribers) but I’d gladly switch to youtube sponsorship since I only use Patreon to support your channel.

It's apple taxing the payments made through the iPhone operating system app (IOS). I guess they take the chunk before it gets to Patreon. Patreon is a separate company from Google that allows me to simply post a TH-cam link instead of the video on their site. That allows my viewers to watch on their TV's I guess. I'm not sure. I only watch TH-cam on my laptop because I'm old!
