@@dukey03 ok putting in work I found that getting the small monsters to lv80-100 give 3 seeds as well. I'm going to try lv50 now or 1 metal king slime fight
@@dukey03 ok so to optimize this you want to catch 100 monsters in the mole hole leave for the bonus ball and bumper bonus ball then get the monsters to level 50+ I got them to 59 then dismiss them for the 3 seeds
Haha you’re welcome! I knew you could dismiss them, but never did because I didn’t know you got anything for it and figured I’d save them in case I needed them for synthesis at some point
Just got stuck on the Upper Indulgence boss is prompted me to look at this video in hopes something that will help but not ready to dismiss monsters in case they might be part of synthesis I need.
Stat caps(or growths or both) are influenced by the lvl of the parents and grandparents. There’s also a different family bonus if each grandparent is from a different monster family. So if each grandparent was lvl 100 and a different family, that’s an extra 4% stats, 1 for each grandparent. Also also, the parents family gives 3 attributes extra growths based on the family, ie dragon gives a bonus to HP, MP, & attack. I’m not sure if these just effects growths or stat caps but I think it’s both cuz I’ll have different Liquid Metal Slimes with different capped HP values.

you can actually dismiss a monster right when you first scout them in the party menu that pops up when you scout a monster and your party is full.

Got past the part had to use some of the seeds I had in my inv was enough to boast my Lord of Drag being my best monster.
thanks for the helpful video. got any idea how the max stats work with attack booster and so on? do you reach the max faster or will it be added?
I believe it is added; but I’m not 💯 sure.

Iirc sparkling monsters supposedly have one of the caps (random) raised.
