I used to be so intimidated by the graph editor: to many options/buttons/ curves all over the place. It was my Pandora box. Until I opened it and started to learn and fail a lot. Now him and I work hands to hand and we are having a (play)blast. what about a video on Constraint and how do you use then on a daily basis. I'm thinking about your Axe Throw animation as a good starting point for that video. Anyway Great video Harvey I really liked it :)
Hey Harvey, been following your videos for quite some time now, and wanted to say thank you, they're very useful. I already have the X,C shortcuts from the first video on hotkeys you did a while ago. Btw, you forgot to mention that you have to Ctrl + Shift + *click* the menu item to add it to your self. Very useful too! :)
You definitely should use it. I would recommend some quick challenges if you want to practice. Do a bouncing ball only by using the graph editor. You're not allow to use move, rotate or add keys outside of you graph editor. Once you're comfortable with it, do the same thing with a looping pendulum. Finally jump on a character idle using your traditionnal method of animating and make it loop using the graph. That should put you on the right path to master this tool :)
Is there any hotkey or any other special method you used to increase the precision of the key set on the animation curves? And how did you move tangents without even clicking on them. I am curious about it. (Ref. 9:38 - 10:03)
Feel free to share any other Graph Edtor tips below.
I dig the add key on all the curves! Nice addition.
Thanks for watching Lar and yeah that's actually one of my favourites and I can't live without it. Once you get used to it, there's no going back.

please make a tutorial on weight shift
I'll add that to the list. ;)
How do you collapse all the attribute on the animation graph editor, instead of going and pressing the (-) button one by one?
This one is needed honestly. 😂 I usually don't use it and I would want to.
Ah you should for sure Aaron. ;) Hope this helps
