but about hide and show nurb curves i wonder why you need a script? you can just change the hotkey Alt+1 into C? i did it and it work.

Awesome Mark, I didn't know about that scrubbing shortcut, and we have the same setup on hotkeys for jumping between keyframe and frame by frame :)
