I watched a lot of videos and the cooler and bypass valve gave me issues. Your video was the best explain action for a couple bolts I couldn’t see. Thank you so much!
The bolt behind the bypass valve that everyone says is impossible!! to reach takes a 2"x15 mm carlye torque multiplier Napa 6" extension hammer to tap while applying force and 3/8 drive extended torque bar Not impossible!!
Hey bro, good video. I have a 2006 5.9 and wondering if you have any tips about adding an extra electric fan to get the AC colder when the truck is it rolling down the road. I’ve read a couple of things in forums but wondered if you had experience since you live in a place that’s hot.
I have seen it done but I don't have experience with doing it. I'm not sure how much it will actually help. If you're having trouble cooling down your truck, put a reflective cover in your windshield to keep things cool inside. I noticed that ever since I started parking in the shade or putting that cover in the windshield if I'm in the sun, my A/C feels a lot better. It also wouldn't hurt to hose down the AC radiator to make sure there's no dirt or bugs and such clogging up the fins. Also if your fins are smashed down you can get a fin tool that will straighten them back out and that can help too.
If you have a delete tune you can simply leave it on the engine and unplug the actuator wiring harness on drivers side. On the older models it a large brown plug. Out of these parts I have in the video the plug attaches to the one on the far right.
I build 1k HP muscle cars and this mofo took me 5 hrs. And a couple sacrificed wrenches. Maybe doing this 3 times over I could see 2 hrs but Man I'm ready to slaughter villages over this design....😅

Absolutely loved your "straight to the business" video. Wished more people would take that time saving way while filming how to videos. Thank you!
Thank you for taking the time to share.
Youre welcome
Seriously underrated video..I've seen so many struggle here.....your the MAN.....Bitcoin
You a legend
Omg thank you I needed this
Thanks for the video 👍🏾
Do you need to remove the whole system..Could you just block Egr at the intake?
You sound like Gary Sinese

EGR stays. Remove the PCV and call it a day.

Only an idiot believes a fan improves cooling above 25mph.
Hey I seen some people just unplug the egr and delete it with a tuner but I don’t know what plug to unplug can you help me out

Q: Does deleting the EGR or any part of the emissions components make the check engine come on?
Yes, the light would come on if the truck senses anything is unplugged. A tune that can disable the check engine light would be needed.

Genius
Do you tune the truck then delete everything or delete then tune?
You can go either way
What does the little spring do?
It’s springs
@@alwaysseekadventure31 grate tanks
@@Kyle-fu6en no problem glad I could be of service
The spring something to use on the assembly line but it doesn’t mean anything and it is not needed.
