The BloodStalker is probably the most busted creature ever added to Ark: Survival Evolved I've ever seen. This might seem redundant, but it's actually true, just about every creature in Genesis is seriously game breaking! BloodStalker probably being the most broken of them all.

Mathew Ma he does on some dinos but not the mosa, its like a video he made about a tuso like explaining what dino it is (paleontologist) how to tame it (knocking it out and taming it) and what kind of abilities it has.. (abilities).. since theres tons of new players that just got the game or for example myself that just bought a mosa on ark market. well i kinda wanna know stuff about it since thickfreedom is the only one that is entertaining to watch.. ark is by far my favorite game..
what do you need to know about a mosa... you can left click and its a knock out tame. woooow very hard to understand

Log Jimi he can make a video of literally all the dinos in the game that has some purpose like a mosa for example.. idk im just on the point where i got my first mosa and wanted to check out if thickfreedom did some video about those dinos. for example like the dolphin and manta ray but i know they are old dinos but i was just at the point where i searched it and tbh thickfreedom the way he explains dinos i fuckin love it and just here to check it out but theres none.. maybe i can suggest he can do a video about those "forgotten dinos of the past" as theres tons of new people that this game is marketting...
Sorry ThickFreedom, slight problem. You missed a few things, but they are mainly cosmetics. Take a look at syntac's bloodstalker video, he points out that you can do all that and emotes with it. When you do the taunt emote, the bloodstalker will point a leg STRAIGHT forward, and then curve it back to do the neck slice part of the emote. Enjoy it when you see it!

Imagine if wildcard gives this much attention to all of the dinos. This game would be SOO much better
this became my favourite dino in ark with in a day of me taming one.
They are also the best for farming... You can grab overweight ankys and move them around until they are slot capped. You can also do a super jump while running for a crazy feature. Then it's now taking only 500 bloodpacks for taming a 150 ( got patched a few times and might change). When it comes to breeding you can't pick up their eggs. Now that's everything we need to know Ahahah.
You can grapple a overweight creature but when you move it will let go of it

um you forgot it can slingshot itself, and do a weird flip twirl to propel itself upwards and forward
Just to help y’all in 2022 it takes a little under or 10 blood packs per level so I recommend going for a low level if your just getting started
The best thing to use against the swarm is the torch it kills them really fast.

Also the reason why it says the bog is easy, because if u spawn in ocean. You’ll be on a *CLIFF* witch equals massive fall damage into infested waters.
great video; the only thing I would change is the audio levels during your enthusiastic parts. do NOT lose the enthusiasm, but the loudness was too much because of the mixing. still very well done!
I really hope they don't nerf this 😥, it's only op.if your really skilled with using it, also it is best in it's traveling skill, it's fighting capabilities are ok at best, they do need to patch the glitch into base thing though
To "Change the meta" as they said they wanted to do. You inevitably will be adding creatures or mechanics which players who are used to the current meta, will perceive as "broken".
If you have a creature in your web and teleport, you can teleport with said wild/tamed dino to a different biome. Makes for good taming bin teleportation cause you can let go as soon as you teleport. Fun fun fun

Bruh I was just raided by one, so creepy...
You missed the fact that you dont need bloodpacks to tame them. you can place like 30 beds near them and suicide run it. Try it in singleplayer. it doesnt reduce taming effectiveness and you can still 100% tame it with sacrifices
They fixed the blood pack amount a while ago it can take around a hundred something for a really good 1.
Edit: maybe they fixed it but last I checked you could reel in griffins. We grabbed a guys Griffin and dragged it towards our gigas.
Took me about 500 to tame a female 130 today on Arkpoc 😕
It's kid of fixed, it's the same thing with the ferox where sometimes the game will require more than it needs like the ferox for taking me 60 element for a level 15.

I've always gotten clapped by Griffins on these thing that's like their 1 bad matchup other than wyverins in official pvp
The blood packs have been fixed and it now only takes around 100 to 120 packs

5:19 You can also put the bloodpacks in the spiders inventory and he'll eat from those automatically to get his Hp up so if you load him up with blood he'll be really tough to take down LIKE SO PEOPLE CAN SEE

This thing is more of an exoskeleton suit than anything:
Tentacle arms - Check
Grapple hooks - Check
Parachute mode - Check
Basically flying - Check
Water walking - Check
Enhanced swimming - Check
Wall crawling - Check
A mode specifically for shooting that literally looks like a sci-fi exosuit - FREAKIN’ CHECK!

For me the spider vision highlights things I can pull in red, white means I can't, green means friendly and yellow means running away.
In the island, you mount spider (araneo)
In genesis part 1, spider mounts you (bloodstalker)

Few things in this video were missed. The BS cannot keep a hold of fleeing flyer. Attempted on 12 arges all could not be grabbed soon as they attempt to fly away. 2nd BS cannot grapple well in extinction. Don’t know why but it just can’t something to do with structure corners or the fact part I f the map is under ground level

One issue I’ve noticed is that if the bloodstalker doesn’t eat the tame when it kills it the bloodstalker breaks/resets its taming and won’t grab anything else until you get close to it and it grabs you. Resets the tame and efficiency. Really annoying.
You shoudent need 2000 blooodpacks, on your server, I tamed my 150 with 160 ish bloodpacks? they fixed this bug long ago
That was actually a bug) They had accidentally put 10x multiplier on bloodstalker taming. Fixed in recent patch. Now lvl150 BS costs about 700 bloodpacks on official(2x rate. So it will be 1400 when event expires.).

@ThickFreedom if you are attacked by a swarm use a torch that way you can see where your attacker is coming from FYI it’s actually a small target so aim low kind of near the ground

so I was taming one of these it was low level so I thought oh I don't need too many blood packs so when I was taming it I ran out of them but after it bit me a few times it tamed so I need to test this still but I think even if it eats your blood it will tame which is pretty cool
