So initially, I was like Northlane is over. No one can replace him.....Then this week, I saw Marcus live with the band. He is perfect. His screams are top notch and his cleans are insane. CANNOT wait to see the future of this band!
Adrian is amazing and so is Marcus. His singing is insane and his screams are powerful. Yes they are different vocalists but I can really see him making great things. Instrumentally, they are the Northlane we know and love. Northlane haven't taken over the world yet. I think it's time.
Rot was incredible. Marcus has such an amazing natural talent for singing. His screams can only get better with time and practice. With Marcus as the frontman, the possibilities are endless. The next chapter for Northlane should be interesting. I can't wait. This is going to be one for the ages.
Northlane has been such a breathe of fresh air. No matter who is in the helm of Vocals, I will always appreciate your music guys. It's a new time for the band, i'm even more excited to hear what comes next!

Dear fan boys and girls. We don't care that you "love everything this band has done or will do!!!!". People are allowed not to like music. Instead of blindly loving every song or album you hear, listen to it properly, not just to sing along to the chorus.
This should be people's mind sets on music. You can choose to like what you like. There are a few songs by Northlane I don't like. But I love them as a band.
I think every true northlane fan was gutted that Adrian left, but we're understanding as to why he left and respect that. I'm sure we will see him again one day, as he said in his statement. Everyone was sure there was no way to replace him and we were all right. Marcus will never replace Adrian, but he did bring a totally new life and feel to the band which I personally love, and reading others comments other love him too. We will all miss Adrian, but I'm so pumped to see where Marcus takes them and I can't wait to see them grow and thrive with their new found energy! Much love to all northlane fan base and the band. X
After seeing them live, and meeting Jon & Marcus, I kinda picked up on what they mean by how friendly he is. We made a few jokes together, and had a good time after their set. Can't wait for the future of the band,and all their new stuff!
In all honesty I was prepared to dislike the new sound that Marcus would bring. For me personally, I was proven wrong. And I am thankful for that. Long live Northlane.

I think Adrian was a huge part of Northlane, singularity is one of my all time favorite albums and rot is amazing as well, I just hope Marcus lyrically brings a powerful message to our ears like Adrian did.
Mesmer is better all around. I mean Node was good, the mixing for the album was weak. I’m sure live they hit harder. Mesmer just sounds much more polished now that they have ironed out some of there initial bumps with there first go at it with Marcus at the helm. I’m sure the next album will be prime Marcus years!
Unique talent? I don't want to sound rude but Marcus sounds like every post-hardcore singer ever. Nothing against singers with young voices which sound quite feminine but since everyone's doing it I'm just tired of this and it's the opposite of unique. His screams are well produced and sound quite good on the actual song but on the other hand his screams in the audition video where very unpolished and unprofessional. He wouldn't sound as good without the overlaying of different growls and screams. Their was something about Adrian which made me feel connected but with Rot it's completely gone so far. I'm still quite stoked for the whole album but my hopes are not that high. I wish I could enjoy it though because Rot ruined my week for me.
Brendon stacey I'm still going to give the album a chance, because it would be plain ignorant ad childish if i didn't, especially since all my judgement so far is based off one song. I still don't like Marcus' vocals. His growls are alright, anything mid range and above for his harsh vocals i can't stand.

You should have started again with a different name. You've been very disappointing to me since then. In fact, you're even more disappointing now several years later.
