  • In this episode, I show you how I put a lift on the rear of my Poulan. It was so simple. I also welded the steering, took off the old exhaust pipe, and put tractor tires back on it... thanks for watching.

If you want bigger tires in the back, you could try to get ahold of a dead jd L120, they have 10 inch wheels on the back, they would slide right onto your axles

My lift will be on a Troybilt Pony so I’ll have to lift the entire rear as its all one stamped piece. I might go up an inch on the footrests supports and 2 inches on the seat bolts. Might have to do spacers under the seat springs too. Enjoying your builds, rebuilds and rerebuilds.

Dual valves stems is a good mod especially when installing duals or tire weights however the stems should've been clocked 180 degrees apart so it keeps your tires in static balance

I stripe roads for a living, and that square tube with the holes is what we use at work to put up road signs. Somewhere on that piece is might have the word "Telespar" stamped into it. Either way, its rad stuff cause every hole is an inch apart, comes in 1 3/4", or 2" and has an anchor and a sleeve that the tube slides into, so we build all kinds of extra curricular projects with pieces of it. We made stencil racks, a frame for a giant carport, my boss used it to make a pen for some cows hahah
Some old road signs and telespar, got yer self everything from a go cart frame to a house.

Hi! I build a mud and I am using a 6 inch cast iron pulley on front. When I change gears it hard. And even when clutch is fully press the tractor want to move. Belt tension is perfect.

    • @chud327

Like I said in the video, I did a suspension lift in the front and a body lift in the back. The body lift allows for bigger tires which would keep the pulley out of the water better.
