    I've seen medical surgeries that requires less tension and focus! Maybe those phone companies should start applying screen protection into their phone before shipping it! (I heard some like oneplus 6 T do that already)

      @@SGFreshIdea the entire point is that the oneplus phones tend to come with a basic screen protector and case installed fresh out of the box. they arent designed to last forever, however, you can rest easy until you get your better case and screen protector in the mail/in store. its better than having to baby a bare phone until you get protection.

    Mine came today and I just finished the install. It was actually easier than I thought. The video doesn't explain what the oleophobic wipe in the package is for or how to use it. I skipped it not wanting to mess up my intall. It is working great with the SPen and feels very natural, as if there is nothing there. Itis much clearer than the screen protector I was using. I'm very pleased!

      Great to hear that. For the last pack, it is truly optional. It is a dry waxy piece of paper that you can just rub onto your protector to make it smooth. Just rub on and wipe off.

    One more thing to look out for is clarity, there can be a rainbow effect if the loca is too thick on one side of the protector. make sure to visually check the clarity BEFORE curing, otherwise your high dpi screen wont be as legible. Also, smaller earspeaker grills getting clogged with this stuff cured will cause sound problems, be careful.

  • @paulchoy1476
    @paulchoy1476 5 ปีที่แล้ว

    The Domeglass on a Note doesn't provide full coverage it's the same as the invisshield or whatever shown here the curve glass jus goes down a certain length. Meaning it's the case you use paired with the Domeglass that determines if there are no gaps on both (L & R) sides of the Smartphone Device. For example, on a Spigen CS case you see the Border lines of the Domeglass on both sides and dust just accumulates on the gaps due to the lower lines of the case. I'm guessing that it may be different with an Otterbox case with its higher sides (Borders) overall that protects it when dropped. The Spigen Tempered glass actually give a fuller coverage compared to the Domeglass, naturally it's designed for the lower lines of its Cases, but the adhesive s are on the edges so the sensitivity and moisture may be an issue further on. The Domeglass in fairness just has a smoother and cleaner look to it because of the full adhesive feature it also feels solid. I agree with a comment somewhere here I too am not fond of the gap by the front camera and LED light unlike the Spigen TG which has specific cut outs on it TG for the front camera, speaker and LED. That's about it.

      @@salma_emara If the liquid moves off your screen, then the phone is not level. Regardless of what the 2 types of levels show. I found the best way to make sure, is to test it with dripping water on the screen first. Create a similar size bubble on the screen and adjust the surface to ensure it is level. then soak up the water with a slight touch of cloth and it is ready. Also, release the glue very slowly and close to the screen.

It is a chance I definitely wouldnt take because if that loca glue gets inside the ear piece its gonna really mess up call quality and the speaker being it is a Note 9. I have a question tho, do you believe that a tempered glass from a Note 8 will fit and work fine for a Note 9? I ask because I have a non used Note 8 tempered glass from a "WS Dome" kit, a acouple of extra bottles of loca glue, and I have a Note 9 now. It seems to look as if it would align fine and work. • @SGFreshIdea
      @SGFreshIdea  5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Yes for the normal type of protectors there is only adhesive on the edges which is like double side tape. So some may not be strong enough to hold on and even that, it may cause problems with the touch sensitivity due to the middle portion having no adhesive.

      Ive bought 3 glass protectors with the black lines on top and bottom and different kinds of tempered glass and they all suck... either edges dont glue or top doesn't.... they are horrible ...
