    Our Force II Crossmember-back system for 1974-1979 Chevrolet #Corvette is perfect for the person looking for a moderate exterior and mild interior exhaust tone, with all of the performance benefits that you would expect from #Flowmaster. This bolt-on system for the 5.7L features specially tuned stainless steel 60 Series Delta Flow mufflers, a Scavenger X-pipe assembly and 2.25" stainless steel tailpipes. Like all Flowmaster systems, the pipes are all mandrel bent to reduce any restrictions and maximize performance. The system finishes with 3.00 polished 304S stainless steel tips. The exhaust system is covered by Flowmaster's Lifetime Limited Warranty. Designed for an easy fit, this system includes all necessary parts and hardware for installation. Note: For Off Road Use Only on 1975-1979 Models. Note: This system is not emissions legal for 1975-79 vehicles.

    Why were 60 Series muffler chosen for this kit? I thought 60 series were tuned for 4 or 6 cyl sport compact applications.

      There is definitely more to the appreciation of cars other than whether or not it can "spin the tires". Besides that, all spinning the tires accomplishes is that you'll have to buy new tires sooner. Doesn't win races. Additionally, that car sounds great, and I'll bet it puts out more power than the stock 195 hp.

      Will Marsch Just bought a c3 vette a couple weeks ago, could spin the tires pretty easy.
