Hello Patrick, it depends on which Port Harcourt Road you are talking or asking about. There are two Port Harcourt Roads in Aba. We have the.
1) Federal Aba - Port Harcourt Road - This is along the Enugu - Okigwe - Umuahia - Aba - Port Harcourt Road. This road is outside the downtown Aba town. This is Federally paid.
2) Port Harcourt Road inside Aba town, which starts at the junctions of Asa Road, Ngwa Road, Cemetery Road and Port Harcourt Road -- Is a State Road being built/reconstructed by the Abia State government. This road has existed very long time ago before the express way Aba - Port Harcourt Road.
