fun fact: this was the first yoga practice I did with adriene and also the very first yoga practice in my life! now ive been doing daily yoga nearly for a year :)
On mornings where I was too depressed to wake up. I forced myself out of bed to practice this yoga session. I repeated this workout for 2 to 3 weeks, everyday. I am convinced this practice is one of the things that saved my life. I could never thank you enough ♥️
My wife and I are somewhere around 150ish days straight of replacing those old sluggish habits with new life breathing, energizing new ones. We began yoga with Adrienne a couple of years ago and havent looked back! We are in our 40s and giggle sometimes during practice like we did together when we were in high school! Even our blue heeler 'Rue' knows yoga times thru the day and insists she lay as close as she can to her daddy's mat LOL! Namaste and thank you for making this available to us! My period + a long day made me want to switch this practice with the 46mn one and I don't regret it. It's almost 11pm but I do feel very relaxed and awake. Happy birthday Adriene and thank you for everything you do for us. I hope today was all about you and the people you love. 💜

I checked the views before and after doing the practice, I did this yoga session in live time with 400 people of different sizes, shapes, incomes, genders, religion beliefs etc and we are all here for one thing, to come as one 💙
Salute day 30🎉 thank you, Adriene, for this practice, the perfect end to September. After banging my knee yesterday, after being an idiot 🤦🏼♀️🤣 this was perfect. I've also now done my first month of Yoga without my little buddy 🐶, it hasn't been easy, but I'm proud of myself for carrying on and I'm looking forward to Rekindle starting tomorrow. 💖🧘🏼♀️🙏🏻
I do some sort of 'Adriene' practice at least once, mostly twice a day! Being on the road it's a lifesaver. The funny part? All my pups recognize Adriene's theme music and voice so when a clip starts they all go to their 'Yoga with Adriene' positions. One pup on a bed, one near my head, one on my tummy and one throwing random chewies at all of us. We love yoga! :-D
Day 30 of Salute 🍁 Last one of September 😢 How fast this month has gone and all I have is gratitiude that I am able to the things I do, no matter how busy, I get to enjoy life. ❤ This was so lovely to end the month with 😍 Thank you!
Continuing with the bridge calendar this year. I'm a bigger guy, and in my low lunge today, I was able to frame my front leg with my hands. I usually end up in some form of lizard pose, but today, was able to frame the leg, especially on the second side. Wahoo! Was a little downtrodden because my forward fold flexibility didn't improve as much as usual during January, but this is a BIG win for me. Baby steps. Breathe. Namaste.
I tried this video for my very first time doing yoga. I have no clue if I shouldn't have done that or not. I really don't know what I'm doing. This was very difficult for me because I'm not the fittest person, but after doing it, although I feel like I did this incorrectly, my spine still felt cool and awake. I felt very relaxed and satisfied. I'm definitely going to start doing yoga more often. Thank you for sharing this.
Same here. From the state I left myself in, guess I'm gonna have lil bruises on knees. But that won't stop me from keep trying! Let's keep up the job! ✌

I've been doing this practice on and off for the last 5 years, mostly I just do morning yoga on my own but I love to come back to this video and start my day with Adriene every once in a while because it brings so much Joy 🥰
I have been working through a fibromyalgia flare and arthritis flare and almost didn't unroll my mat today. But I kept to my June 2022 calendar and modified anything that I needed to. After I was done, I am so glad I decided to go ahead with my yoga!
I was in a ship in Alaska doing your yoga with headphones when a whole group of women said to me, with no idea what I was watching, do you mind if we play a yoga with Adrienne video- will it bother you? You are everywhere- congratulations!!!’

Some of these comments are insensitive. I can understand where you are coming from. For me, the reason is lack of motivation to do anything, akin to depression. Please be more considerate of what other people are going through and stop assuming.
I have been doing this yoga practice religiously for the past 5 years and it is the best one IMO to keep the blood flowing and keep me limber without overdoing it
A brilliant start to my day today. I woke up this morning feeling tired, and a little sick. It's been a long week, and a rather busy one, so I'm feeling quite exhausted today. This yoga practice has helped me to just wake up a little more, and made me see It's Friday, if I can just get through today, I can clopses tomorrow lol. 😄 Thank you Adriene for your wonderful teaching, and wonderful yoga. Cold snowy morning here in New England, too! Lovely practice, yes? So glad to be continuing on (I started with Adriene in March 2020 as the pandemic closed in, so Breath was my first "real time" series).
Evening from soggy Dorset on the South Coast of England. I've just skipped to Day 2 as a quick invigorator after dinner. I plan to do Day 1 tmw - we make our rules right? 😊 I'm so glad to keep going as I did Breath & it's now a daily practice. Have also got Home (30 days from last year) so I now have choices :)
I had a beautiful moment during my practice when my cat was standing at the top of my mat and Adriene said: "reach your hands at the front edge of your mat or towards your dogs' paws..." and at that exact moment I was stretching and touched my cat's paws :P I was not watching the video, only listening to Adriene's cues! I had an expansion in my heart, it was lovely :) Thank you for a lovely practice

GREET 🌅 | May 24, 2024 | I'm just so grateful for the gentle, loving practices throughout Greet, that came just when I needed them the most. This short but beautiful practice touches the whole body in a sweet way. It was just what I needed, even though I couldn't get to it until the evening. 🙏
When everything feels so busy and like time is passing too quickly, this video feels like it slips 30mins into 10? Its like a tardis, I can somehow slow down and also get a good stretch and a bit of warmth. It makes me realise what 10mins is worth. Thank you so much for offering these little snippets of real quality time!

Last year I was very stiff and had back pain. My friend told me he does yoga with Adrienne. I decided to make a New Year resolution to do yoga every weekday. And I have to say that I feel better and more flexible. Thank you Adrienne. 😄

Salute l 🦋❤🦋l Day - 30 l September 30, 2024 l Blessed Beloved Beauties! It's always a joy to return to this refreshing session with a nice blood flow. Now, I'm ready to return to my run after a week off due to joint pains in the legs. Yoga has healed my legs. My intention is to be focused. What is everyone else's intention?
I would get up 1 min. before the kids. Hardly awake myself, I would try to coax them out, get cranky and annoyed. struggling through the entire morning routine and breakfast, before finally dropping them at school, always feeling like I could do better. I was also suffering from a bad back and shoulder. Three months ago I decided to completely change my routine, I now get up as early as I can, ensuring I have time to do some yoga or pilates (and have a latte with an extra shot of espresso ;) before I wake up the kids. It's made a world of difference. This routine is such a great motivator to get me out of bed, even on the bad days. It's only 11 mins and I feel so good afterwards! I even do it on weekends and holidays. I love Adrienne's easy style and it has really helped me.

I am a pediatric ER nurse and I am also doing this practice before my shift! Sometimes I skip yoga before a shift because I say I'm too tired or don't have time, but this short and sweet practice is perfect
It seems like there is a deeper connection now, with my breath, with my energy, with my spirit. I have done this one before, and now it just feels different, it feels more complete. Energise day 15, June 2022. Wow, was not expecting that full body practice! Came to the mat sleepy, leaving it feeling energised. Begin day 5, July 2022. Loved this again. Perfect little practice for the morning - especially a morning we are getting ready to travel to see our daughter who has been working overseas the last few months.
Mar 22, 2022 05:13 Intention : embody mindfulness of the breath with softness of movement and lifting the corners of my mouth as I wake up. This practice reminds me of my "why", the reason of waking up everyday, and when I do remember that reason it makes me feel grounded with less stressful thoughts and hurried movements for the day. Remembering our why makes us be careful on the things we do, gentle on our words and inspired to carry on through the day. Thank you Adriene Stay safe everyone Namaste 🙏🏼
I'm a Chinese girl and I always choose to watch your channel when I am feeling tired wherever it's daytime or night in a day. Doing Yoga influences me a lot since I can easily find the inner peace with you without taking more time to take a shower or call my friends to relax. Embody day 22. Somehow Adriene predicted I needed a short and mellow practice without balancing poses today. Still have a migrane, but I feel better about it. Magic.
I have been slowly creating a habit of doing yoga each morning. I started with the five minute yoga and this morning went up to ten. As strange as it sounds, certain moves always bring up a little insecurity and self judgement of how I “should look” versus how my body does the move. This morning was a win for me as I didn’t judge, I simply felt grateful to move my body. Yay for small wins! Namaste!
After 30 days of yoga Breath - thought I would do yoga, but every other day. Well... didn't do any yoga yesterday and felt so weird... I always did yoga after work hours for the past month and yesterday felt that I didn't leave the office mentally. Good thing Adriene's post on IG came up with February calendar. Now just did this practice and damn.. I think I didn't even notice how much yoga suit me until I gave it up for a day. :D Thank you, Adriene, as always, for every practice ♥
I didn't know Adriene could do a very slow paced flow without a lot talking - until now. Usually I enjoy practicing with her during the day or when I need sth more active and choose other teachers for gentle yoga. I am glad I tried her Wake up Yoga 11 min today - it was exactly what I needed for waking up gently in the morning. Thank your for all your classes Adriene, I really appreciate them!
So, it’s been many years since I taken care of myself like this, and I’ve made myself come back to her channel after many days of soreness and tightness and overall unrest. 1) this is hard!!! I am not as stretched as I thought! 2) I feel better. Thanks Adrienne ❤

trying to really better my mind and body since being diagnosed with Crohn's Disease and OMG I did not realize how difficult yoga can be (or maybe just how weak I really have gotten)! I can't wait for the day where I can look back at this, which is challenging for me rn, and think "wow, this is easy!"

i find so many other yoga teachers to be too "down your throat" with it and not nearly as soothing, relaxing or personal as adriene is, she is definetly the best of the best, at least that i've found

It wasn't the most fluid of sequences for me, but I am still so glad to be back on the calendar. As I ease back (my back back, 😝) into some poses, I did notice two possibilities for why I had that SI joint issue for a month. I was not keeping my hips level when lifting the leg up from Downward Dog. Also, in warrior, I likely was focused on the arms and not on lifting upwards as well. Today I paid attention to those so we will see how I feel later. Energize day 15. 619 days in a row.
Welcome back Will! It's, so great to see you. This was a make-up session for me. Yesterday was all about writing ✍️🏽 and I felt the tightness in my body. It's so important to maintain a daily practice. I'm glad you're getting to the bottom of the SI joint. I hope the Universal Mind works well for you. I'm anxious to get some in the near future. Before I do anything, I always start the day off with a good stretch, forward fold and reaching up high. Starts every day off on a good footing 😊 💟
I listen to music to help get my day started on the right foot. It doesn't require much effort so I ease my way into the morning.

Continuing with the bridge calendar this year. I'm a bigger guy, and in my low lunge today, I was able to frame my front leg with my hands. I usually end up in some form of lizard pose, but today, was able to frame the leg, especially on the second side. Wahoo! Was a little downtrodden because my forward fold flexibility didn't improve as much as usual during January, but this is a BIG win for me. Baby steps. Breathe. Namaste.

I tried this video for my very first time doing yoga. I have no clue if I shouldn't have done that or not. I really don't know what I'm doing. This was very difficult for me because I'm not the fittest person, but after doing it, although I feel like I did this incorrectly, my spine still felt cool and awake. I felt very relaxed and satisfied. I'm definitely going to start doing yoga more often. Thank you for sharing this.

I've been doing this practice on and off for the last 5 years, mostly I just do morning yoga on my own but I love to come back to this video and start my day with Adriene every once in a while because it brings so much Joy 🥰

I have been working through a fibromyalgia flare and arthritis flare and almost didn't unroll my mat today. But I kept to my June 2022 calendar and modified anything that I needed to. After I was done, I am so glad I decided to go ahead with my yoga!
This has become part of our morning routine. We smile and call it out “full-bottle-hello-wake-up”
I was in a ship in Alaska doing your yoga with headphones when a whole group of women said to me, with no idea what I was watching, do you mind if we play a yoga with Adrienne video- will it bother you? You are everywhere- congratulations!!!’
I woke up at 7:30 and laid in bed until 10 before getting up, having tea, and doing this, But hey, i'm proud of myself for doing it regardless! have a good day everyone

Some of these comments are insensitive. I can understand where you are coming from. For me, the reason is lack of motivation to do anything, akin to depression. Please be more considerate of what other people are going through and stop assuming.

I have been doing this yoga practice religiously for the past 5 years and it is the best one IMO to keep the blood flowing and keep me limber without overdoing it
A brilliant start to my day today. I woke up this morning feeling tired, and a little sick. It's been a long week, and a rather busy one, so I'm feeling quite exhausted today. This yoga practice has helped me to just wake up a little more, and made me see It's Friday, if I can just get through today, I can clopses tomorrow lol. 😄 Thank you Adriene for your wonderful teaching, and wonderful yoga. Evening from soggy Dorset on the South Coast of England. I've just skipped to Day 2 as a quick invigorator after dinner. I plan to do Day 1 tmw - we make our rules right? 😊 I'm so glad to keep going as I did Breath & it's now a daily practice. Have also got Home (30 days from last year) so I now have choices :)
I had a beautiful moment during my practice when my cat was standing at the top of my mat and Adriene said: "reach your hands at the front edge of your mat or towards your dogs' paws..." and at that exact moment I was stretching and touched my cat's paws :P I was not watching the video, only listening to Adriene's cues! I had an expansion in my heart, it was lovely :) Thank you for a lovely practice

When everything feels so busy and like time is passing too quickly, this video feels like it slips 30mins into 10? Its like a tardis, I can somehow slow down and also get a good stretch and a bit of warmth. It makes me realise what 10mins is worth. I woke up this morning and as I do almost every weekday, I went to put on this video and it wasn't in my search or previously watched videos. I've been doing the practice so long that I was able to do it on my own without the video, but I can't tell you how relieved I am that when I came back to see if it was missing, I did find it 🙏

Last year I was very stiff and had back pain. My friend told me he does yoga with Adrienne.

Salute l 🦋❤🦋l Day - 30 l September 30, 2024 l Blessed Beloved Beauties! It's always a joy to return to this refreshing session with a nice blood flow. Now, I'm ready to return to my run after a week off due to joint pains in the legs. Yoga has healed my legs. My intention is to be focused. What is everyone else's intention?
I would get up 1 min. before the kids. Hardly awake myself, I would try to coax them out, get cranky and annoyed. struggling through the entire morning routine and breakfast, before finally dropping them at school, always feeling like I could do better. I was also suffering from a bad back and shoulder. Three months ago I decided to completely change my routine, I now get up as early as I can, ensuring I have time to do some yoga or pilates (and have a latte with an extra shot of espresso ;) before I wake up the kids. It's made a world of difference.
This routine is such a great motivator to get me out of bed, even on the bad days. It's only 11 mins and I feel so good afterwards! I even do it on weekends and holidays.
I love Adrienne's easy style and it has really helped me.
I coupled the yoga with TheAnxietyGuy on TH-cam it helped me a lot with finding motivation to get up in the morning

I am a pediatric ER nurse and I am also doing this practice before my shift! Sometimes I skip yoga before a shift because I say I'm too tired or don't have time, but this short and sweet practice is perfect
It seems like there is a deeper connection now, with my breath, with my energy, with my spirit. I have done this one before, and now it just feels different, it feels more complete. Energise day 15, June 2022. Wow, was not expecting that full body practice! Came to the mat sleepy, leaving it feeling energised.
Begin day 5, July 2022. Loved this again. Perfect little practice for the morning - especially a morning we are getting ready to travel to see our daughter who has been working overseas the last few months.

Intention : embody mindfulness of the breath with softness of movement and lifting the corners of my mouth as I wake up.
This practice reminds me of my "why", the reason of waking up everyday, and when I do remember that reason it makes me feel grounded with less stressful thoughts and hurried movements for the day. Remembering our why makes us be careful on the things we do, gentle on our words and inspired to carry on through the day.

I can’t express how thankful I am for you Adriene. I have been watching your videos since I was in undergrad. I am now working and my schedule is so busy. I have been slowly creating a habit of doing yoga each morning. I started with the five minute yoga and this morning went up to ten. As strange as it sounds, certain moves always bring up a little insecurity and self judgement of how I “should look” versus how my body does the move. This morning was a win for me as I didn’t judge, I simply felt grateful to move my body. Yay for small wins! Namaste!
After 30 days of yoga Breath - thought I would do yoga, but every other day. Well... didn't do any yoga yesterday and felt so weird... I always did yoga after work hours for the past month and yesterday felt that I didn't leave the office mentally.
Good thing Adriene's post on IG came up with February calendar. Now just did this practice and damn.. I think I didn't even notice how much yoga suit me until I gave it up for a day. :D Thank you, Adriene, as always, for every practice ♥

I didn't know Adriene could do a very slow paced flow without a lot talking - until now. Usually I enjoy practicing with her during the day or when I need sth more active and choose other teachers for gentle yoga. I am glad I tried her Wake up Yoga 11 min today - it was exactly what I needed for waking up gently in the morning. Thank your for all your classes Adriene, I really appreciate them!

trying to really better my mind and body since being diagnosed with Crohn's Disease and OMG I did not realize how difficult yoga can be (or maybe just how weak I really have gotten)! I can't wait for the day where I can look back at this, which is challenging for me rn, and think "wow, this is easy!"

This was a nice short morning yoga, perfect for when I have somewhere to be earlier in the morning (which is why I've traded it with the peaceful warrior on the Feb calendar)

It wasn't the most fluid of sequences for me, but I am still so glad to be back on the calendar. As I ease back (my back back, 😝) into some poses, I did notice two possibilities for why I had that SI joint issue for a month. I was not keeping my hips level when lifting the leg up from Downward Dog. Also, in warrior, I likely was focused on the arms and not on lifting upwards as well. Today I paid attention to those so we will see how I feel later.

Welcome back Will! It's, so great to see you. This was a make-up session for me. Yesterday was all about writing ✍️🏽 and I felt the tightness in my body. It's so important to maintain a daily practice. I'm glad you're getting to the bottom of the SI joint. I hope the Universal Mind works well for you. I'm anxious to get some in the near future.
