the CP-01 is very interesting, I like how it has C channels and the Z motors are on top, I think that would be cool for a very large printer
Any suggestion to lock the z axis while using the laser? The module is too have and any shake of the head makes it go down messing up focal point
Hi, I have mine setup slimier to yours in the video. currently it will trace and everything as yours does in the video however the laser will not shine and make any design. I have the ender3 s1 pro with the 10W that is here. do you have any ideas?
Does this fit the CR-10 Smart pro as well? Do all CR-10's have the same head fitment.
Is this Kit compatible with the Creality CR-20 Pro? If not, will it be in the future? Would be perfect!
Can I use Creality Laser Module 10w/5w/1.6w to my CR-10 SE?
Will this work with the regular ender 3 max?
hago lo mismo que en el tutorial pero me salen las líneas de trayectoria y las tengo deshabilitadas
can i run lightburn without the control box kit?
Я хочу заказать комплект для своего CR-10 Smart, комплект с лазером 10W. существует ли готовый кит для меня или я должен сам собирать все необходимые мне детали?
Спасибо
Whoops! Does this come with a "Y" cable for dual Z-Axis motors? Thinking of a dedicated build. I've got a disused printer frame on a shelf.
It doesn't control Z, only X and Y. You have to set the Z manually.
Will it run/work on the CR-M4. I can make my own bracket if necessary but everything else ?
How do you connect the 10W laser module to ender 3 S1 Pro ( can we connect the laser module directly to the printer or through the control unit as shown in the video ) ?
i am wonfering the same thing as i just got the 10 w today.
@@markr3547 Have u figure it out? i got info from creality than 10W laser is not supporting direct engraving from printer
Is it just for the original cr10 or for the cr10 family. I'd like to get one for my the cr10s pro.
Hi, it is for the Creality FDM and enclosed printers, CR 10S Pro will be compatible with this laser module soon. So you can consider getting one!!!
can I use this with the CR-10 SE ?
Please can you tell me if this is compatible with the CR-10 Smart Pro? Your compatible models list ends with "and more", what is the "and more"?
"and more" is the rest of our printers like your CR-10 Smart Pro, Ender 5, etc, we will make this laser module compatible with almost all of our FDM and enclosed printers in 2023. But some printers will be added to this list sooner, some later, according to their urgent level. The CR-10 Smart Pro is supposed to be comaptible with it in April in 2023
@@Creality3D thank you for the update! I really hope the CR10 Smart Pro will get support soon! What about when using with the Sonic Pad?
Is it compatible with ender 5s1?
does this support cr10s ?
Creality is almost out of stock of the older models of CR10s-CR10s5 and original Ender 3s
I am really hoping that you consider bringing back the simplicity of those older models with a similar new generation.
All that I want is a CR10s with
screw on filament runout sensor
tmc2209 silent board
dual Z axis stepper motors
Mainboard and Powersupply under the bed (all in one)
Fillament spool on top
Maybe Direct drive
no ribbon cable for customization purposes
A v6 Volcano or Mosquito hotend
the same 300x400x500 build volumes from CR10s product line
option for 2.85mm filament
Z endstop with no constraint for moving up and down (CR10s by default is fastened to the brace)
silicone bed leveling cylinders instead of springs
glass bed
Basically what I am describing is a cr10 smart pro without a ribbon cable, with options for larger sizes, a higher throughput hotend, possibility for larger spools of filament (fully adjustable filament roller) it doesn't need the LED or auto bed leveler which could be upgrades you sell separate. keep it simple and fully customizable.
Personally i wouldnt care if it came without the hotend or the extruder, I would just really like the platform itself for my print farm.
I think you should also consider very large scale XY printers like the TRONXY VEHO 600
go to 600mm 800mm some of us want to print very big things for commercial use
but they should come with a super volcano or mosquito magnum hotend
I am looking for the perfect printer for my print farm, but I would rather modify the older CR10s series than buy most of these printers on the market.
I am very sad. Creality please, dont let TronXY compete with you. you must annihilate them!
Dear Sigh yawn, thanks a lot for your long, detailed, sincere, and warm-hearted comment. As the Chinese saying goes, "望子成龙" which means parents always expect their son or daughter to make a great future and achievements. We can feel from your words that you expect Creality to grow and develop better. We are very touched and appreciated this. Because of many external and internal factors, there are times when we are no longer so clear about what our users really want and need. The simpler the more difficult. It seems that we are also in a dilemma in which we always seek innovation and technological improvements, but the results are always unsatisfactory.
Since your first comment 3 days ago, we've been thinking about how to respond to you. To be honest, we still can't promise you a result at present, but now we can at least assure you that we have already conveyed your sincere suggestion to our top managers and our R&D team to let them hear the voices of users like you who have grown with Creality these years.
Awe :) so sweet, The things I said were not decisive and perfect but I am just writing concepts that I would enjoy coming from Creality. I love you guys the CR60 is an amazing innovative product. My CR10s prints better quality, with better ease of use and ease of maintenance than a competitors printer which costs twice as much.
I am sorry for repeating a few things but I am just going through a few concept ideas.
I think it would be interesting if Creality had an option for a printer similar to the E3D toolchanger. A platform that we can customize, coming with everything except for the Hotend and extruder. An engineer can 3d model mounting adapters for a variety of different hotends, like the Mosquito or the e3d v6. which you can sell as an Add-On to the purchase, Or provide the STL file for a mounting adapter for someone who has a printer to print. This way we can adapt the printer to its custom needs, without Creality needing to design an entire new model.
There would simply need to be a mounting bracket for an extruder. with sufficient room for an after market extruder, A gantree mount that is simple and customizable with Dimensions on the website for other engineers to design custom cooling duct systems and more.
You could offer the printers complete with your own hotend and extruder, but give the customer the option for the tool changer (for commercial users) to customize the printer to their needs. simply missing a few parts for a small discount.
I think two of the greatest competitors for Creality are Anycubic and TronXY (as of recently)
The Anycubic Kobra Max for example looks like a good printer, however it does not have a standard V6 mounting bracket, it uses the V6 clone instead with the bowden tube going through (not all metal) - Other than that It looks like a great printer (not sure about the mainboard though, I like yours a lot more)
In my oppinion TronXY has emerged with its recent design for the Veho 600 printer, Because it is Large scale and has a better belt system compared to its other models (But the construction looks weak and requires a lot of time to build each one)
Don't let anyone else take the lead in Large Format printers, The CR10s5 is a great machine and stands the test of time. I would be sad if you stopped manufacturing them without replacing it with another Large format printer. The biggest essential element is the awesome 32 bit silent motherboard with dual Z axis stepper motor drivers.
I am sorry for typing so much, Thank you for being a sweet person, I appreciate your kind words, and I hope Creality prospers, I am a big supporter.
You could build your own from scratch. Sounds like you know enough to handle it. The extruded aluminum can be ordered to your specifications. Go for it!
I am installing an e3d supervolcano on my printer
Can you do this with a Chromebook?
Is it compatible with the CR-10 Smart Pro?
Did you find the answer
Is CR-Laser Falcon(10W) Air Assist Kit supported?
CR-Laser Falcon(10W) Air Assist Kit only supports laser module (10W)
Does it also support LaserGRBL insteag of Lightburn?
yea
somebody know why my laser turn on when i conect the laser and i can´t turn off? i have that problem.
Can you cut with the 1.5W and 5W laser or only with the 10W laser?
Hi all of them can cut, the difference among them is that 1.6W can only be used for cutting soft materials such as paper and felt, 5W and 10w can cut hard materials like acrylic, wood, etc.
Wish Creality would reach out to me again…. I am not interested in the 1.6w module.. I am interested in the 10w..
@@Samlilly2 they have a 10w for sale in amazon
The laser constantly delivers the same amount of power. I adjust the parameters but it gives constant power. please help me. ender3 v2 10w falcon module
Having the same problem did u ever get it figured out
@@buckhenry2439that controller looks the same as the one on my laser falcon 10w. There is a firmware update that might fix your issue. Mine was not always moving the correct direction with the jog controls in light burn and that fixed it for me.
Is this working the same as the standalone Falcon machine?
Laser module can be considered as a part, but cr laser falcon is an independent machine
@@Creality3DI’m talking about the control box, is it working the same way?
Wouldn't it be great if TH-cam videos had a background music volume control.....!
or better still...a muting control !
How the z-axis stay at the right position? Mine fall down as the module is too heavy

I have the same problem
@@hasanhavesli9915lo que yo hice fue bloquear el eje z donde está el tornillo largo hasta abajo y así lo dejo fijo. Espero me dé a entender. Las Ender v2 les pasa eso de no quedarse fijas y se bajan.
What I did was lock the z axis where the long screw is all the way down and leave it fixed that way. I hope it gives me some meaning. The Ender v2s have that thing where they don't stay stationary and they get off.
just lock the z axis in the position you need it
Will this work with an Cr6 SE printer?
Officially not, but I don't think any reason why it should not work as it is driving motors directly. Only problem can be with the bed leveling as it needs to be done in software and there is no way to adjust it manually. Have the CR6-SE too and I am thinking about such upgrade.
@@randybb Hi, have you managed to connect the laser on a CR6 ? I'm thinking about buying the CR6 max and installing the 5w laser as well
Does LightBurn come with the unit?
1 month free and then $60 for permanent license
I got a small laser that the website said it was compatible with my ender 3 v2 neo, but it requires a expansion module that my printer doesnt have, should i return it or is there any other way to connect it?
Where’s the link to buywhees the link to buy?
Sorry, the purchase link has been added to the description, pls check.
I kept expecting the voice to tell me that the last metroid is in captivity
WHY IS THE MATERIAL TEST RESULT ALWAYS MIRRORED???
I wish there was a creality printer design like the CR10S with -
-all in one case under the print bed, with room for addition
-bowden tube extruder is okay, with extra space between the Z rod and the filament hole
-modular cable management system with space for any additional cables to come out of the case.
-silent stepper driver mainboard
i wish creality had more printers like the ender 3 pro and the CR10S with slight logical changes
we love modifying our Creality printers, so make the printer a good platform for modifying, .
we would just like the essential things, like a silent mainboard, the filament to enter the extruder further away from the Z rod.
Z end stop switch with adjustable height.
A filament runout sensor.
high quality cable sleaves with smart cable management
and no personality, it should look bland and boring, no special design to make it look cool.
that is my ideal creality 3d printer
I am not interested in any of the printers with too many fancy additions, auto bed levelers, direct drive extruders, special design effect to make it look cool. I don't care about those things, I just want the basic essentials so I can build it in which way I need it. which for me would be a high flow hotend, large nozzle diameter, borosilicate glass bed, I will add the custom fan ducts, and mounting adapters to add whatever hotend I want. I could add a direct drive to another printer to dedicate for flexibles.
try to create a standard for each printer to have, and make your own components for your customers to buy and customize their own printer ^^
make all of the gantry mounts the same, make all of the extruder mounts the same. this way your upgrades that you sell are compatible with all of the printers you offer.
just make simple quality experience changes
for example imagine if there was a dual gear extruder and the second gear that is not attached to the stepper motor was on the opposite side of the Z rod. or even if the stepper motor was 5mm further away from the Z rod would make a big difference. the way the old ender and cr10s is designed It is only a few mm away from the Z rod and Teflon grease can easily get on the filament.

It bothers me when a company like Creality markets this stuff without ventilation of any kind. No exhaust, no sale here. Too much smoke potential.
We know your understanding and worries, but to be honest, the smoke in the process of engraving and cutting is hardly avoided completely now:(, so it is recommended to use a laser module in a ventilated environment. Besides, we will release a protection box next month, which is a good match for an engraver and can effectively avoid most of the smoke during using process, welcome to check by the time
@@Creality3D Thanks for responding. I would really like to encourage you guys to get after ventilation. It is so far a prevalent problem in the industry and should never be overlooked. Not everyone who would buy this stuff is even aware sometimes. LASERS ARE RECOMMENDED ONLY for the wise and initiated. There are even some states, as I understand, that regulate and require different things, and new regulations are on the way. All I am saying is... THINK with your lungs once in a while !
@@travisclark6407 Yes, our team has been aware of this problem since our laser falcon, we have heard many users complain about this problem and it is really a matter that we and the whole industry need to consider and solve :(
Do you buy a can of paint that comes with a fan? No.
Do your own protection, don't look for nanny to.
@@Creality3D And let's not forget about PPE gear, too, like protective goggles and adequate gloves. You have two eyes, people. Keep both of them. Even with low powered engravers like this can shift your life with one little accident.

can we use this in other company 3d Printers (anycubic cobera Neo)?

Hi?

It is driving motors - if they have the same connectors/pinouts, or a small modification would be needed to the cabling harness. otherwise it should work with any printer
