Nice tour Pappy, I need to take a trip to the Washington one. I’m sure it’s hard to go to one of these stores and not walk out with at least spending $100😂. It’s truly amazing how far the model railroading hobby has came, you can basically make almost anything now. That HO starter kit seems to be in every store I’m guessing, would be nice if you can get one with a different engine other than the BNSF unit. I've found a few train itmes in their man cave aisle, and I visit often. My biggest gripe is that they don't have a lot of train items in the man cave aisle. I bet it would sell if they did, instead of the same old stuff. However, I find a lot of diy items I use to scratch build most of my scenery and structures on my layout, all throughout the store that you wouldn't think of using for a model railroad.
