I wish SEPTA did that it would make it so much easier, but unfortunately the only way to get one is at sales offices, some retail locations and the most popular way is by Kiosks and those are everywhere at Bus loops, subway and train stations.
This doesn't apply to us Seniors. We have to go online to make an appointment, then go to the Septa office, show our ID, and then get processed for a Senior Key CARD. This is ridiculous. It's 2024. Most US transit agencies can do this online, even for Seniors. I got Senior Cards for NYCMTA, MTBA, DART, BART, ST, HTMTA, CTA, MIA, AUS, LACMTA, and NOLO all online.
Can you buy one out of state and have them mail it to you in advance of an upcoming trip? MARTA in Atlanta lets you do this.
