It’s ridiculous that he’s talking about this new technology like it didn’t exist back when they introduced Septa Key. They made it difficult on purpose to now have to change everything and pay more money. Now they have an excuse to raise fairs even more.
Not true. Looked it up and rides will all cost 2 bucks with free transfers. Do a little bit of reading before you find a reason to make conspiracies or complain. 📖
Septa key tix is theivery so if i dont use my activated tix that i bought septa will take that 2 dollars anyway instead of waiting for me to use it /scan it this doesnt make sense its says valid until feb 2024 then when activated its expires in to hours so septa is gaining 2 free dollars for a ride you never took please say it aint so at least put a video up to show first timers how to use or give a more clear warning to not activate unless ready to use if you activate and never board bus you will lose your money

Seniors ride free.
You're talking about a lot of infrastructure change. Having to install machines, kiosks, the different real station turnstiles, etc.
@@WALTERBROADDUS The Septa Key kiosks use the same NFC technology that smartphones and credit cards use. It just takes a software update.

It's not hard to refill a Key card.
You should only have to pay if you survive your ride on the public transit system.
Survive without innocently smelling like weed when you get off.
Next is your hand SMH
There trying to track suspects who do crimes on septa
SMH getting rid of cash one way or another. Some people like cash.
Yes! Originally they did want to get rid of cash. But, hopefully, they understand now that they can't.
What’s “cash”?
They always wanted it to work with credit/debit cards.
The biggest issue was still allowing cash. Originally they wanted to ditch cash fares.
Going to a total electronic system is a mistake. Cash should always be an option.
All this Tech, still can’t figure out how to put an ACTUAL card on your phone which has a weekly bus pass.
The Septa rep is so full of crap…
half the passengers dont even pay they just jump the gates.
finally catching up to the standard of other cities years ago
NY is just NOW getting rid of/phasing out metrocards.
And, of course, let's trash Philly and/or septa just to troll. 😂
People still pay to ride septa?
Its just septa wasting more money again.
