I love Uganda so much it's my second country. In terms of Health sector Rwanda is way far beyond. Every citizen has universal health insurance, lots of good hospitals and health centers both in cities and rural areas, top notch institution like BioNTech, IRCAD. In meantime MULAGO Hospital is one of the best in the region.🇷🇼❤❤🇺🇬
