Rwanda hosts BAL, Tour du Rwanda and is about to host Grand Prix. Also, Rwanda has become a global conference destination. Uganda is large and more populated so it has more GDP, but Rwanda's GDP per capita is higher. Think twice if you want to say Rwanda is all about cleanliness. Even in the video, did you see the images of Kigali and the ones of Kampala? You can't compare them. Kampala is bigger because it's more populated, but Kigali is more smart and organized. Kigali also has a skyline that's more globally recognizable than that of Kampala.
