Dumbell Flys were a staple in Arnold's workouts ,flat and incline. When I trained back in the 80s it was in every chest workout. I love seeing you doing them. I never anyone do Dumbell Flys. Awsome workout.

You should always keep the arm proportion you have, because everybody else has the triceps dominating. That's why you have the best arms of them all, much more impressive.

He's already at the weight cap at what seems to be 8%bf from the looks of things, so when he gets leaner he'll probably only have like 5 or so lbs of room for muscle, of which I think he'll achieve in the time frame between now and February

He's flexed at the bottom, fully contracted. I think he'd get a better stimulus facing away from the machine, since at the top here the cable lines up with his torso so surely there's no stress on the abs.
feel like he lifting to heavy and looses shape/isolation,like on the fly you can see a lot of strain on that shoulder,used to do it like that also then i switched to keeping the arms more straight and going deeper with the elbows and not only it takes the front delt tendon out but it hits the deeper fibers of the chest,in my case anyhow.

i’m pretty sure that overhead extensions doesn’t focus on the long head it is better to do just normal rope push down or a kickback
