She would have been legally required to inform the parents of the children of his status.Equally important, he has a drinking problem, that she had to have known about before they moved in together. She said he had been drinking on the day of the accident, how she didn’t get sued is a mystery. This woman clearly has issues, because this man is going to cause her far more problems than he’s worth. He has way to much baggage.

I'll never understand the people who bring a civil case with absolutely no evidence. I can understand verbal contracts are hard to prove but a bill to repair a car it's so simple to provide. She's lucky that he was honest and the judge awarded it to her. And it's not just her, sometimes I'm absolutely shocked at how many people bring a case forth and leave their evidence at home.

I'll never understand the people who bring a civil case with absolutely no evidence. I can understand verbal contracts are hard to prove but a bill to repair a car it's so simple to provide. She's lucky that he was honest and the judge awarded it to her. And it's not just her, sometimes I'm absolutely shocked at how many people bring a case forth and leave their evidence at home.
