- The plaintiff says after the defendant’s ex-husband moved in with her, the defendant started harassing her, kicked in her door, and threatened her with a box cutter, so the plaintiff is suing for emotional distress. The defendant insists the plaintiff ruined her marriage, and she was forced to file a restraining order against the plaintiff because she harassed her and damaged her car. The defendant is countersuing for emotional distress and restitution.

I've been married and I don't believe that anyone can steal a person from anyone, if the person decides to leave the relationship that's on them, not on the person that they decided to mess around with because if they didn't want to mess around in the first place they never would have.
