      I think finding balance is the hardest thing to do. it’s almost easier to fall in the ‘productivity trap’ and push other things aside that allow you to refill your energy balance (take time for yourself, go outside for a walk, workout, read) because it feels like it doesn’t directly get you towards your goals. but you need the calmness to navigate, recharge, remain focused & energized. but it remains a daily struggle for me lol. fixing my morning routine was a huge step!!

    3. 10 min meditation
    4. 2 min intense exercise
    5. Get ready (shower, skin care, make up)
    6. Make breakfast

    Never thought to do a 2 minute intense workout to wake up my body as i always workout in the afternoon. DEFINITELY NOTED🙌🏼

    This does not take just 30mins lol. It takes me 30mins just to shower and sort my hair out. 15mins to do my make up, 10mins to make my breakfast.

      agree lol. even if it only took 5 minutes each to shower, dry hair/do skincare, do makeup, make and eat breakfast, and journal that's already 30 minutes not including working out/meditating or taking the walk... like if it takes only 30 minutes you aren't really doing all of those things LOL

    sorry, but NO WAY you can do all of this in 30 minutes... WITH putting all that stuff in your hair AND blow drying your hair, WITH making and EATING breakfast AND taking a walk with your dog? sorry, but it just can´t be... I´m not hating, you seem like a nice person and I liked your video, but the 30 minute thing kinda annoys me...

      Agree. I would say 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours to do all of that. Just the shower and hair care part takes more than 30 minutes.

    My morning routine~ Wake up, after I open the curtains for some of the sun shine to hit my face to wake it up, then I make my bed, after when I finish making my bed I put on a chill playlist of mine to brighten up my mood of course! I go and tie my hair up and add some cream oil that I use for my face, but before I put cream oil I take a cool shower and then I place cream oil on my face, then of course change into a nice yet but comfy outfit for the day. My mum usually makes breakfast for me so I bring my phone with me and watch some productive yet fun videos. After a delicious breakfast (Thank you mummy!) I go for a 5 minute jog with my little brother to get him and I super active for the day, we come back and have a delicious yet healthy snack to eat, I go wash my hands and relax on my bed until 2 PM. At 2 I get active so then I do my 10 minute exercise and go spend time with family, and face time friends! 😛
    (It's not meant to be productive but it's my normal yet fun routine that helps me stay productive during the day) Comment down bellow what you do for you morning routine that makes you stay productive during the day! 🥳

    I would like to recommend not making your bed immediately after waking up.. It is usually all hot in there and it could easily spread mite and bacteria😯just give the bed a few minutes to cool down😊

    i use the same day cream and almost all the other things, but just a tip, any cream loses effectivity if its touched even if our hands are washed, i always use in everything a litlle spatula

    I am 36 and I noticed my face is now becoming more drier. I’m now considering investing in skin care and face moisturizers. I am the usual let’s shower and go type but I want to put more emphasis in keeping my skin hydrated without feeling oily. Thanks for some of these recommendations.

    If this said 1 hour calming morning I would LOVE it! But 10 min for meditation, 2 min for exercise, 5 min shower (though it looks closer to 10 min), 5 min makeup, 10 min at least for dog (or that’s just mean), we are already over time and we haven’t blow dried hair, made breakfast, journaled, got dressed, etc. and most of that is rushing through stuff, so not calm. I don’t like that it’s misleading because I think it’s a nice morning routine.
