    The german heavy traffic thing is pretty common in europe (saldy not all follow the rules). It actually is preatty easy, If you encounter real heavy traffic the very left lane goes to the left and all others (if you have more than 2) orientate to the right, leaving room for the police, fire fighters and preamadics

    4:30 For what I know these things on the right aren't toilets. English is not my first language so I'm not sure how it's called but simply it's so you can shoot enemies close to the wall.
