0-5 under Hyde not 0-10. Hitters have to hit but the manger and coaching didn’t adjust to what the Royals pitching was doing. Hyde should be credited for the rebuild but he’s not the manager to take them further

This was another choke job by Baltimore. 2 years in a row getting swept at home in the playoffs. Hyde needs fired. He can win 90+ games yearly but it doesn't mean Jack if you can't win in the playoffs and that's the case with this O's team. I mean they scored 1 run this whole series. That's pathetic. I really thought the Royals were in trouble when i saw the bases were loaded and no outs.
People are gonna start turning on this Orioles team. Last year they had the excuse of running into the eventual WS Champs, but this year? They scored less runs in October than the *2023 Marlins.*
Last year the excuse was having the “first round bye” saying their hot team cooled off. What’s the excuse now?? lol

The O's had a good year and are a couple starting pitchers and two outfielders away from being right back here next year, it's just really annoying to see a good team go out because of slumping at the worst time. Cowser should win ROY too so it'll be interesting to see what he does next year too

I remember last year when Orioles fans were complaining about the Rangers getting the Wild Card warmups, and that it was the reason they were able to sweep the birds. What's the excuse this year? Brooms out.
You’re right we Orioles fans did say that last year. The excuse this year, is that home run dependent, high strikeout, low batting avg teams get shut down by playoff pitchers . Orioles have a history since early 2000s of poor coaching and management. Orioles also have a history since early 2000s of poor conditioning, which is why they have a pattern of good first halves of the season, and collapsing in the second halves.
