When improving the tuning generally is it possible to reconfigure the selectable Modes? So, to have a Performance Mode and a maximum Efficiency Mode for street and touring with the most fuel efficiency possible?
On my 23' MT-09SP, I can't physically remove the O² sensor or my cruise control won't work. Its disabled in the flash but it has to be onboard since I love the CC feature. Kinda odd, the 3rd gen 09's don't have AIS/Pair system at all.
So I got my bike dyno tuned and left the o2 sensors in the exhaust however the tuner disabled the o2 sensors cause he said if he didn’t disable the o2 it would mess up the tuning but I want my cruise control back what should I do?
Wonder how much it’d take to put all the creature comforts from this to an R1 since they’re so alike! Would be nice to see since the R1’s discontinued now 😢
I've never noticed the front of a bike dive so much in one of your vids on the dyno. Is the owner very light? Not a lot of rev range on them MT's either, I always assumed they was slightly de-tuned R1 engines 🤷♂

Nice Video, QQ does it give you lower numbers on a dyno if the tester is sitting on the bike due to added weight so the bike has try harder compared to how you do it which to me would give you actual machine performance.? Thanks

You should make some “how to videos” also for knowledge purposes.. example , tuning with MR12 , tuning with Woolich on street adding & subtracting fuel for good AFR since 95% of the people don’t have Dinos most just run AFR gauge & maybe some 2mill engine building projects .. 🤷🏻♂️👍🏻

My question exactly! I'd love to see Moore Mafia's dyno numbers on an unmodified MT-10 and I also wonder what gains a reflash might bring on a totally stock MT-10. I'm on the R1 I bought new in '98. Carburetors not FI but 5 years into ownership I fitted a Yosh full exhaust that deleted the EXUP valve. Despite some rejetting, low- and mid-range were AWOL so I reinstalled the original exhaust, a Yosh midpipe and the Yosh cannister and pledged I'd never install a full exhaust again but presumably different bikes yield different results and of course all are now FI.
That hp 165hp is crank horsepower and not wheel horsepower. The crank produces 165hp but that 10hp is lost when this power is transmitted to the rear wheel. Yamaha and some manufacturers always advertises bike crank horsepower and not wheel

I've had both bikes, still have my MT-10. While I did like the suzuki, I have to admit, to me, it has nothing on the yamaha. Have you ridden both? What's your favorite thing about the gsxs? That being said, the price point for the gsxs is very hard to beat for what you get.

For comparison: My 2019 Suzuki GSX-S1000FZ made the same torque but 10 more horsepower. (167HP) This was after the Moore Mafia tune of course.

We adjust the fueling across all modes. The lesser power modes still work if you want to use them though.

its normal for it to pop right when you let off throttle but it should stop soon after.
I have an FZ1 and if they made that bike with a front fairing and actual wind protection I would buy one no doubt.
