Excellent video ... calmly spoken and really good depth of information ... the main pcb looks well finished and very clean from solder splatter except for the piece on the ferrite core ... the info on the 8 swg is very useful also as I was not sure what was needed to handle the amp draw ... thanks for the time showing us the KL703.
Great review bro very in depth they should hire you, anyways local guy on radio just bought one of these and he’s sounding great and getting out and happy w mosfets over transistors or tubes and deadkey issues w other amps anyways where’s the best place to buy this amp???
Have you run it thru a spectrum anuliser it not really bad but not really clean ether but I thing it a good bang for the buck n for the most part a good design
Just got my KL703 today. You say to open it up and clean up any extra flux or solder. There's one of those stickers on the back of my amp that says the warranty is void if it is broken or missing. So how do I open the bottom without violating the warranty? So should I check it out first by putting it through its paces to make sure everything is working properly before opening it up? Just wondering,,, Nice video though.....
