it really is mind-boggling, isn´t it? there´s all the writing, arranging, programming, recording, mixing, mastering, who knows what else... and every note of it high quality. how is it possible? it takes a robot...
I mean, some of them are very standard instrumental works that essentially any guitarist of a certain level could produce. But yes, a few of them are masterpieces.

Man, Buckethead has such a great fanbase, it's like we can all get along with each other and talk about how great his music is and how we all agree that he is just a wonderful robot. thanks Buckethead for the amazing albums, and thanks Humano for sharing all of them with us.

This is by far my favorite pike. If it's not genius, I don't know what is. We must admit: Buckethead's skill and gift are unparalleled on Earth.

i love how he doesn't do any wild and crazy machine gun flare on this one, but it just one sick ass riff after another. its not easy to keep an idea going for almost 30 mins and keep everything changing and getting better and better. Ive only recently heard of buckethead, I know hes been doing his thing for ages now, but its all new to me and i haven't heard one thing that isn't sick... I threw this track on for the 1st time as i was about to go to sleep just while i smoked. ended up listening to the whole track. every time i hear it i just cant seem to turn it off. shit is sick...
I remember random clicking this album for the first time just chillin and getting stoned. After I kept turning it up, I had to check what pike it was again and I've been in love ever since. SO. DAMN. HEAVY.

i would say good job bucket .but we are way past that point.this guy has so much excellent material that it blows my mind .i only listen to the best ,weather it be paco de lucia connie francis or old priest and maiden.I love this guys diversity,weather its heavy or mellow funky or blues.i can think of 25 albums right now off the top of my head that are excellent.how many other artists or even bands can claim that.Guns and roses couldnt contain this guy because they simply dont have the talent with the whole band combined.slash included.but thats just my bias opinion

love this guy saw him in 06 with Les Claypool (Primus) on bass, Bernie Worrall (Parliament Funkadellic) on the keys and Bryan Mantia (Primus) on drums. best concert experience ever, right up front at the Filmore in Denver. Saw him in 07 in Fort Collins, CO also. always looking forward to the next album. Awesome!!

Eu também estou ansioso. Mas é preciso analisar o Pike 225. É uma joia lapidada. Apesar de não trazer solos como o de costume, ele usa o que eu chamo de "mimos harmônicos" quer perpassam por todo o disco. São linhas marcantes e instigantes que agradam os nossos ouvidos ainda que seja bastante pesado. Destaco também o excelente trabalho de bateria. Tudo funciona com muita técnica e perfeição. O pike 218 também é um dos meus preferidos, sem dúvida, Israel. Um abraço.
